The Queen had initially caught a mere flu some time ago, a few days before Amara had last visited. But coupled with her weak constitution and old ailments, the impacts of of even common cold were magnified on her.
As she was uncomfortable in hospitals, and also due to her safety concerns, the entire setup of hospital had been prepared inside the royal palace itself with a team of elite imperial doctors looking after her.
Initially, everything was fine, except for the King endlessly fussing about the Queen's health and staying by her side most of the time.
It all happened one fine morning when the King seemed slightly unwell during the meeting. One of the officials panicked and immediately asked for an imperial doctor who said that the King had a little high temperature.
