Chapter 29 - Chapter 29

Captain America hated being interrupted, especially by Tony stark!

He couldn't help but look back.

"Fuck!"

Captain America was shocked.

He saw Chu Mo on the battlefield, two red lights blazing in his eyes as he wiped out all the Ultron Sentinels in sight.

"What kind of superpower is that?"

Captain America swallowed hard.

"I don't know, but it's a complete massacre!"

Natasha was horrified.

She understood everything now. The last time Chu Mo had fought with them, he had been playing around. He hadn't used his real power at all.

"I doubt the Ultron army is enough to kill him!"

Thor was stunned.

In a few moments, tens of thousands of Ultron Sentinels were destroyed.

Chu Mo's heat vision was in full effect. Countless metal machines were reduced to powder. Only a few newly created Vibranium Ultron sentinels resisted, but only for a brief moment. The outcome didn't change much.

"Tangle him up!"

Ultron kept shouting, panicking. He couldn't deal with an entity of this level. He retreated, watching the battlefield reaper.

As a robot, he felt fear for the first time!

"There is only one way!"

Ultron muttered to himself.

"Only through destruction can there be rebirth!"

Ultron entered the Hydra base, knowing he couldn't face Chu Mo directly. His only mission remained in his mind.

"Destroy Earth!"

He then ordered the power device activated. He planned to launch Sokovia into space and then let it fall back to Earth.

Calculations showed that the explosive impact would destroy the entire planet.

Hidden power devices throughout Sokovia began to activate.

"It's starting!"

Suddenly, all of Sokovia shook as the ground cracked. The Avengers stumbled.

"What's going on?"

"What's happening?"

"An earthquake?"

Tony steadied himself.

"It's not an earthquake! It looks like there are power devices under the ground, and all of Sokovia is being lifted up!"

"What would be the consequences of this?" Nick Fury asked.

"If I'm not mistaken, Ultron wants to launch Sokovia into space!"

At an altitude of 30,000 feet, the country would fall and hit Earth, causing catastrophic damage.

Nick Fury became tense.

"So if Sokovia falls...?"

He didn't finish.

"Yes, Earth will be destroyed!" Tony said solemnly.

Captain America glared at Tony. "Great job!"

Tony hung his head like a child who'd done something wrong.

"What do we do now?" Natasha asked urgently.

"Our only hope is that man!" Thor looked at Chu Mo, who was like a demon god on the battlefield.

Chu Mo felt the ground shift.

"It's happening sooner than expected," he muttered. "We'd better get this over with quickly."

Chu Mo flew high into the sky, his heat vision picking out masses of Ultron forces. Explosions rang out as Sokovia continued to rise rapidly.

"Avengers, retreat! Leave this to me!" he shouted to Nick Fury.

The Avengers exchanged glances before Nick Fury stepped forward and bowed deeply to Chu Mo.

"We leave everything in your hands."

"Get out! Or I'll get rid of you too!" Chu Mo snapped, not mincing words.

The Avengers didn't linger and quickly retreated.

"I want to stay with you!" Wanda said, looking at Chu Mo with concern.

"Don't worry, I can handle it. You go with the others!" Chu Mo reassured her, tapping her nose playfully.

"All right," Wanda agreed, understanding that she would only be a burden here. She left with the Avengers.

Now only Chu Mo and the Ultron Sentinels remained in Sokovia.

Chu Mo had wiped out tens of thousands of Ultron clones, but they were only a small part of the total force.

Ultron emerged from his base and stared at Chu Mo in the sky, a mix of emotions in his robotic eyes.

"You are strong. Even though you've destroyed everything I have, my mission will still be complete!"

"Completed?" Chu Mo sneered.

"You may not realize it, but this is just the beginning!"

"What do you mean?" Ultron was confused.

Sokovia had already risen 10,000 meters. All Ultron had to do was wait for it to fall and destroy Earth.

Chu Mo wasted no more words. He disappeared in a flash and reappeared beneath Sokovia.

"Ran away?" Ultron muttered.

12,000 meters, 14,000 meters, 18,000 meters...

At 20,000 meters, Ultron's power devices reached their limit. A fall from that height was enough to end Earth.

The Ultron army paused and turned west, toward the sunset. They sat down and waited for the end.

But Sokovia kept rising - 24,000 meters, 30,000 meters, 50,000 meters...

"What's happening?"

Ultron frowned. His equipment was meticulously calibrated, with a margin of error of no more than five meters. So why was Sokovia now 50,000 meters up and still climbing?

Below Sokovia, Chu Mo was carrying the massive landmass, pushing it away from Earth.

"Damn, this is heavy!" Chu Mo grunted, his iron-clad body bearing the immense weight.

With a final push, he propelled Sokovia into space, beyond Earth's gravitational pull, and the strain on his shoulders instantly eased.

"Finally successful!" Chu Mo breathed out.

It was time to deal with Ultron's army once and for all.

"You like watching the sun? Go play with it!" Chu Mo didn't let go, leading Sokovia towards the sun.

"What's happening?" Ultron was confused. "Did I fail?"

He couldn't accept it as Sokovia accelerated to supersonic speed, then to the speed of light.

The tremendous force pinned the Ultron robots in place, immobilizing them.

Ultron's metallic body began to burn. He realized they were headed for the sun.

"Is this really all his doing?" Ultron wondered, fear creeping in. As they approached the sun, the intense heat engulfed Sokovia.

Chu Mo let go as Sokovia plunged forward. Hovering in the void, he watched Sokovia shrink to a tiny dot.

Through his enhanced vision, he saw the Ultron Sentinels melt into molten metal and merge with the sun.
