Arathan was living his second life just like his first, in poverty and pain. As a last resort, he had become a sailor to escape and live a better life. But, as always, fate had turned its back on Arathan. At sea, their ship was caught by the mighty beast, Dersinous, and the only way to escape this creature was to sacrifice someone. The crew quickly decided to offer Arathan, who was seen as skinny and useless, as the sacrifice. As Arathan was thrown towards the beast, and its teeth began to tear his body apart, the emptiness he felt clashed with his desire for revenge. And with the help of a strange, unknown power, Arathan rose just as he was about to die! The power of the sea was now in his hands! ...Or at least, it could have been. Arathan would set out on a long journey to rule the seas and throughout this journey, he will meet many comrades, and there will be many women to warm his bed.
