"Mrs Qin I guess that is now an open secret that everyone knows and I think you know or should be aware of the reason why most of us are withdrawing from the company," another board member ,Victor said with a warm smile on his face. "As you claim I indeed know of your reasons and I must say it is mostly my fault for being too incompetent to manage my family's empire which is why I have two things to say after which you can all think twice before you make a decision you might come to regret later. Ladies and gentlemen if you insist on leaving after this then I won't stop you," Kerryne said with a warm smile on her face. The board members stared at each other before nodding their heads as if in agreement." The floor is yours."" Thank you. First and foremost allow me to apologise for my previous behaviours that led to these casualties and crises that we are facing and probably what has led to us holding such a meeting today. I have realised a lot of things and have come to realise that I have disgraced the name Qin which I have inherited from my father who is not in as of know. I hope you will forgive me for that," Kerryne said sincerely in a humble tone after which she rose from her seat not waiting for any reply from the board members as she knew that there would be none but that did not bother her as she had realised that in the business world there were only benefits to be talked about. It was all about whoever had the highest offer had the loudest voice .
"Ladies and gentlemen thats the first thing that I wanted to say so with all your due respect and permission allow me to move on to the second thing ,"Kerryne said as she opened her laptop and projected an image to the board members. "I have managed to come up with a proposal which I believe that when successful it will bolster our company to new heights that we never thought of before or maybe our ancestors once thought of it but could not achieve it so as their predecessors I guess it is time we achieve something great and leave a mark for our future generations. Before you are a few designs that I managed to prepare but due to limited time i was unable to complete some of them. As I was out of the country apart from dealing with a few personal issues I also went to see the situation out there and to see if I can find an opportunity for our company so that we may expand to a larger market and if possible enter the ranks of heavyweight industries in the world market. I am here to inform all of you that I successfully acquired a few partners who are very interested in trading with us,"Kerryne said.
The board members stared at each other and at the designs that were projected before them in shock." What an ingenious idea. I hate to say it but I am amazed . However I still need to know about the partners you speak of?" Mrs Lopez asked as she stared at the designs with admiration." I have managed to secure a three year patnership with the William's family of San Francisco and also signed a contract with Ainz company who I guess will be our good customers. The last one is a bit private and I cannot speak of it so you will forgive for that. These are only our first partners and as long as we start mass production we will gain more with enough time. There is also the idea of a game that I am working on so I will show you all the general idea so that you can give me a few insights," Kerryne said as images appeared on the screen and as the board members watched they could no longer keep their composure.

I have already prepared the budget for these new projects which I a m sure the company can fully support and what the company stands to gain from these projects and I am sure it won't disappoint you all," Kerryne said. She made sure everything was prepared and had laid her cards well. She took on an humble approach by apologising at first but now she was here indirectly she was forcing the others to stay and they could only watch as she play them in her palms.
"Twice the profit per year!" One of the members exclaimed in shock. Kerryne was now done and took her seat as she could now see that her plan had already worked and her goal had been achieved. She had managed to hit two birds with one stone. One one hand she got to convince the board members to stay and at the same time she made improvements in the company by these projects she was introducing. The board members were now discussing among themselves as Kerryne herself sat back and enjoyed a cup of coffee.
"Mrs Qin, I must say that I am impressed. You have won all of our heartfelt admiration so we would all like to stay and see how far you will fly and how steady your wings are to deal with the winds and storms," Victor said representing the rest of the board members. "Thank you for your compliment. As far as my wings are concerned ,I am just a little bird with wings that have yet to mature although are sturdy so I dare not boast about how high I can fly but I am confident it should be high enough to catch a glimpse of that peak," Kerryne said confidently without the slightest hint of arrogance but anyone who heard such words would say that she was either overconfident or arrogant but so what? She had the right and the capital to back it up.
"The meeting came to an end and Kerryne got involved in casual chats with the board members to familiarise herself with them and to leave behind a good impression. The board members left the room with bright smiles on their faces as they shaped hands with Kerryne who now felt exhausted. After they all left she slumped into her seat." That want quite well.
