The atmosphere in the Forest of Death was thick with anticipation as Team 7 gathered near the entrance, the ominous landscape stretching out before them. Towering trees cast shadows over the ground, and a palpable sense of danger hung in the air.
Sasuke took charge, glancing at his teammates. "Alright, here's the plan. We need to get our hands on the other team's scroll to pass the exam. We have the Heaven Scroll, but we need the Earth Scroll as well."
"Right! Let's just find a team and take their scroll!" Naruto exclaimed, his excitement palpable.
Hyuk watched the two with a contemplative expression. "I'll go alone. You guys should stick together." He broke in, his tone firm. "I can handle myself."
Sakura looked worried. "But Hyuk, what if something happens? We should stick together, just in case."
Sasuke nodded in agreement. "Yeah, splitting up could be risky. We need to look out for each other."
Hyuk shook his head, determination in his eyes. "Trust me. I'll be able to scout ahead and find a team faster this way. Just keep your heads up and stay together."
Sasuke hesitated for a moment, then relented. "Fine. But if you run into trouble, we won't be able to help you."
"Just be careful, Hyuk!" Sakura urged, her voice tinged with worry.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine," Hyuk replied, flashing them a confident smile before turning to leave.
Before he ventured deeper into the forest, Sasuke called out, "Wait! We need a password. If we encounter each other, we know that there's no spy among us". Sasuke proceeded to tell them a long ass password.
"Got it!" Naruto exclaimed, though he still seemed distracted.
"Let's just stick to the plan, everyone," Sasuke said, eyes narrowing as he scanned the treeline.
As Hyuk disappeared into the dense foliage, he felt a rush of adrenaline. The thrill of the hunt ignited his instincts, and he moved stealthily through the underbrush, eager to engage in whatever challenges awaited him.
Unknown to Team 7, a snake slithered through the shadows, its eyes glinting with malicious intent. It was a familiar spy, dispatched by Orochimaru, and it had been listening closely to the exchange.
This one is different, the snake thought, noting Hyuk's confidence and strength. He may be a valuable asset—or a formidable opponent.
Hyuk continued deeper into the forest, his senses heightened, ready for anything that might come his way. The thrill of impending conflict charged the air around him, and he couldn't shake the feeling that he was on the cusp of something significant.
