MOOOOOO!!!The Minotaur roared as it knocked aside the front line like a bunch of bowling pins in a single blow."You meats," Braum said with a pained breath, "run, warn the others..."The other two shakily got up, but looked nowhere in condition to fight."But sir..." Thomas raised his voice."GO! I will hold off here!"Thomas and Drake looked at each other for a moment, then looked to us again:"Why are you doing? Quickly, we need to go find the other parties!" Thomas yelled, as they turned and did a sort of half limp, half run. And reluctantly, we followed. "Holy shit man, how is this even possible?" Thomas commented with ragged breath, as we ran beside him."It's not. From what I heard, every time the game approaches new moon, the chances of monster escaping from the dungeon increases." Drake replied, barely clutching his club. Not far up ahead, a light lit up in the dim woods. "It's the other parties! Quick!" Thomas's voice was relighted with hope, as the 4 of us struggled our way through the thickets and branches towards them. And we finally made it through the other end, our clothes and hair were decorated with leaves and twigs, I even found a spider on my cheek, which my immediate response was to shake it away."Hey, where the commander?" asked one of the guys from the other party."Quick, we need to..." Thomas arched his back forward and continued to pant."We ran into a Minotaur. Captain is still back there fighting it." Drake finished the sentence for him."Minotaur? No fkin way man...""I am not fkin around. He told us to find the other parties."The other party members was silent in disbelief, until one of them spoke up and asked:"So where's this Minotaur right now?""Right back through..." Thomas lifted a finger and pointed. "that way.""Alright, even if what you are saying is true, then after regrouping what do we do? Without commander, all of us together can't take it on." one of the other party members commented."STFU you pussy! We can do this without you!" Drake yelled."WTF you just call me?" the guy yelled back.Yep. Your typical average salty MMO gamer. I dealt with those kind of players all my life, so far back that all the popular games were still on PC. My usual response was to just ignore them, but in a dire situation like this and being on the same side at the same time, for once made me panic. I am not usually one to break up fights, cause I really afraid the argument is going to come in my direction, so all I could was chew my finger nails helplessly and watch the argument intensifies. "STOP IT BOTH OF YOU!" Enju yelled. And both of them stopped at once, and turned to look at Enju."Bruam is still back there fighting to buy us time, and the two of you here are arguing like a bunch of 8 year old! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves."The two guys lowered their heads and didn't say a word."Don't worry..." I found myself butting in, "let's just find the other group, and get this done with alright?"I laughed nervously. There was some sneering and grumbling, but no one objected."Alright, I suggest one of us..." Before Drake could finish his sentence, a pair of thunderous hooves came echoing from the distance again. As the next moment, the Minotaur came bursting out of the woods. Several players screamed and tried to make for a run. While some stood in their spots, completely petrified with fear. And those who did try to make a run, was immediately chased down by the Minotaur and mowed down like wheat grass to a lawn mower."Master! We have to run!" Enju yelled. The sound reached me, but the rest of my entire body stood unmoving like a stone statue. Then with clenched teeth, and a frustrated tsk, Enju grabbed me by the wrist and yanked me back into reality. I stumbled forward one step, as Enju continued to drag me the opposite way, then slowly I was able to catch up on my feet again, and soon I realised, we were running.Lead by Enju, the rest who survived ran after us. And for the whole duration, Enju held onto my wrist.Q: How would you deal with toxic players in an MMO game?
