The War between the New Constellation Zenith and the Twelve Elites ended in the Defeat and the Destruction of the Twelve Elites, All Except Chronos were confirmed dead but they were already removed from the Sovereign Patheon.
There was no need for the Sovereign Patheon to exact any revenge!!
Since The Shadow Palace took some damages, Thankfully....The Dragon Constellation casted a spell to trap all powers of dead Elites from leaking out, She only needed a single Constellation powers to awaken
Since she awakened as a Dragon Constellation, She has no reason to use the powers any more so Rey Castle took Control of the Powers, Since Aldora is technically a Death Constellation, Her powers remains hers.
But Rey Castle absorbs the Authority of the Sun and Authority of Lightning.
