"Miss Medeia has returned!" a villager announced to the others as she and the twins appeared in front of the gate, right in front of Nico's impenetrable shield, even with teleportation.
Naomi immediately ran to the gate. "Hey, why didn't you come back for two days? We thought something bad happened to you and we planned to catch up with you!"
Medeia waved her hand. "It's a long story. Let us come inside first."
Nico gave them the way through the gate. As they stepped inside, Medeia noticed the unusual activity within the base. There were more people than usual bustling around the base.
"Is it just my imagination, or is the base getting more crowded?" asked Medeia, glancing at Naomi.
Naomi pointed to a group of unfamiliar faces standing near the tents. "They're from Junk Garden. After making a deal with you and Lucian, they wanted to see the site before planning the construction."
