Chapter 31 - An Old Acquaintance

Medeia didn't understand what was going on, but Lucian and the weird masked man seemed to know each other.

"Don't pretend we were close." Lucian sneered at him, "Traitor."

Ohh ... Drama.

Medeia could smell something fishy between them and couldn't wait for the tea to spill itself.

"Traitor? I tried to save you, but you wouldn't understand." He spoke without regret. "Your mother—"

"Don't talk about my mother with your filthy mouth." Lucian stepped forward. "You sold my mother to the bandits!"

Okay, Medeia was kind of lost in this situation. Who was this idiot anyway? And what exactly had he done to Lucian in the past?

Hey, system, can you give me any information about them?" Medeia asked in her mind.
