Emily shook her head away from those thoughts, at least for now. She would have to think of something later, but for now, her sole focus should be these two. If Haley still wanted to stay useless, then she would just put more focus on Elle.

Emily wasn't going to force anyone to do anything they didn't want. If what Haley wanted was to be useless, then she wasn't going to do anything about it, because those kinds of people made her lose interest in them, as they kind of diminished what she was trying to do: defeat the Red Moon.

The Red Moon was a being beyond her scope of understanding and power, something she wagered that, if nothing were stopping it, it would've killed her by now, because to it, she was like a buzzing mosquito—annoying, but that's all she was, nothing more.
