Max looks around trying to locate the source of the voice

???: *sigh* if I must just to get this over with faster so I can get back to watching that handsome guy the boss sent to that fantasy world.

???: there now my true name is to much for your tiny mind to comprehend so you may call me Tara for the duration of this little interaction.
Max takes in the womans curves with a glint in his eyes that makes Tala shudder regretting having revealed herself feeling negative intentions roiling off of him
Max smiles: oh aren't you lovely how bout we get out of this place and get a drink.
Tara shudders as another wave of discomfort assaults her senses
Tara shudders: no just no I can feel you have ulterior motives in that suggestion so I will have to decline besides you are dead and in the process of being reincarnated into another world and currently in a realm of existence that your fragile couldn't survive in if you left this room
Max blinks: wait you can feel that I have ulterior motives how's that work
Tara sighs: you wouldn't understand as you are now maybe in a few million years if you get lucky and learn to not try and take advantage of a higher being I may get around to explaining it but anyway, that is irrelevant for now we've already wasted a lot of time here and I still have paperwork to file about this incident and a compensation package to deliver once we've come to a proper agreement.
Max's temper flares momentary at essentially being called incompetent but he buried it resolving to one day train the attitude out of this -higher being- but smile lightly when he hears the last part about an incident and compensation.

Tara answers warily: I feel like I shouldn't answer that question but I'm required by law to inform you that due to the sneeze of one of the r.o.b your life was altered and you are now being given the opportunity to travel to another world in a new body with a system and perks that we will be negotiating in this meeting.
Max smiles: oh really what are the limitations of these options
Tara nods seeing this as a reasonable question: you will be limited to choosing a world that fits your current soul strength since going to a world that is to powerful will crush your soul on entry as for perks I am authorized to grant you 7 perks within reason and will generate a basic system core to bind to your soul based on what you chose
Max hums: these perks can I get examples
Tara: tilts her head: almost anything can be asked for once I hear your request we will evaluate it and offer a suggestion that will fit the allowance of what we can give you and your soul can beat like for example if you were to as for immortality at your current level of soul we could give you a form of pseudo immortality like vampirism granting you eternal youth by draining others of their lives
Max hmms: so the limitations are what I can currently bear at the moment what about if my soul gets stronger
Tara nods: thats what the system is for as you get stronger and your soul becomes more resilient your perks will get stronger and you can gain new ones the exact method will depend on the system you awaken

Max: okay let's start at the most important one first world what are my options
Tara hums: going by your soul strength you are limited to worlds where the people have little to no special abilities and have a lower technological level similar to your previous world so I can offer these choices

Max looks at the first six on the list
Max gulps: Tara why are there so many worlds based off horror movies suggested
Tara: hardship strengthens the soul and surviving in hostile situations is a method of approach
Max: I'll stick to the recommended ones but out of curiosity why are those two recommended specifically
Tara: the first one the Yu-Gi-Oh worlds have a concept of duel spirits that you can integrate into yourself and with the systems help strengthen your soul the fastest while not collapsing your soul as for why the HOTD worlds have been put there due to its relatively low over all risk while still supplying reasonable hardships
Max grins thinking about both worlds and the chicks he could conquer in both being familiar with the main characters
Max: would it be possible to travel between worlds Tara
Tara nods: yes though you would have to achieve a certain level of strength you should be able to once you've gained a perk that allows otherworld travel
Max nods: then I would like to go to the yugioh world what world settings are available Tara do these settings impact the perks I get just asking out of curiosity
Tara taps the selection on the wall
Tara: they do not this is just to decide where you go now you just have to tell me what specific things you want to be set and we'll find a world that fits those settings once your system is active it will log your worlds seed so you can travel back to directly it once you develop the ability to travel between them
Max smirk: then make it so all the important heroines and relevant side characters are of legal age and virgins and have the main protagonists like yugi, seto, Jaden should instead be yui setsuko and jade oh and make it so that polygamy and harems arent a taboo
Tara rolls her eyes while filling out some things on a tablet she's holding: why am I not surprised regardless your request will be processed
Max grins: yes! Okay next is my body right
Tara nods: correct max you can design your body in depth to and it will be encoded into the world so that your birth parents and lineage matches your chosen form
Max starts designing his body as a replica of himself forms on the wall he has Tara help him sculp a body that even Tara found it attractive but would never admit it
Max nods in approval a smirk on his face having noticed the way Tara was looking at his new body
Max: yes this will do nicely can't wait to take it for a spin
Tara sighs: next you need to decide on your perks these decisions will affect the final result of your system once you finish integration into your first world
Max hmms: first I want to be able to bind others to me not just the duel spirits
second I want to be able to bring my conquests with me and ensure their growth and make it so their eternally at their prime
Third I want a form of immortality since you said I wouldn't be able to support a full immortality I want a way to take life force from others that can be shared with those bound to me
Fourth I want my equipment to become optimized to me based on the world im in for example being able to generate my own archetype of cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh verse that fits me
Fifth I would like my property from my original world back including my little maid girl the stuff like property can be sold and converted into currency but my tools are priceless to me and if I'm going to start a new somewhere i would like to not have to search for quality replacements
Sixth I would like a form of customizable storage that I can keep my belongings in maybe have options that eventually I can make my own subworlds to keep my pets in
Seventh I want an assistant that will help me keep track of and augment my system and to supply me with useful information about things
Tara looks at max like he's scum: why do I get the feeling that I'm unleashing a plague into the omniverse
Max grins: maybe cause you are
