As a traveler without any steady income, Ying had realized soon after arriving in Mondstadt that money was essential to surviving. She hadn't even been able to afford food, relying on Amber's charity just to get by.
But now, all of that was behind her!
Ying straightened her back, hands on her hips, feeling proud.

As Paimon explained the importance of the statue of the Seven, Ying touched the statue's base.
And then, something unexpected happened.
The once-quiet statue of the Wind Archon suddenly began gathering a dense amount of Anemo energy, glowing brightly. A swirling mass of wind-elemental power flew from the statue's palm and merged into Ying's body.
