Chapter 111 - Chapter 111: Weapons and Tools

"...These aliens are becoming more numerous and harder to deal with."

"I can hardly believe it..."

As Qin Mo adjusted the Hyperdimensional Firmament, reports from the polar regions of Tyrone III were delivered to the officers. Both the northern and southern poles were under siege by green-skinned creatures, but with the assistance of two Knights and the formidable firepower of the conventional troops, the situation was still under control.

"If we are to remain on this planet for much longer, I request reinforcements."

"No need. In half an hour, I will power up the teleportation device and transport you all back to the orbital dock."

When the officer requested aid, Qin Mo decisively declined. The army wouldn't need to stay long. With the logistics machines working tirelessly, the construction of the two towering structures at the poles would soon be completed.

Then, it would be time to activate the Hyperdimensional Firmament.

"Hold out for a little longer, just until the towers behind you are almost finished," Qin Mo said, closing the communication line and returning to the weapon adjustments before him.

Half an hour passed swiftly. After powering the teleportation device, Qin Mo returned to the chamber. Upon the smooth surface of the Hyperdimensional Firmament, light points appeared at both poles, gradually spreading and converging at the center. In moments, the sphere transformed into a miniature version of Tyrone III.

It was as though the entire planet had been shrunk and replicated within the chamber.

Above the planet's surface, a blue energy field covered the atmosphere—this energy was the Firmament. It would anchor everything within its bounds to a higher dimension, preventing any spacecraft from leaving the planet.

From his vantage point in orbit, Adam could also see the Firmament enveloping the entire world.

"Any longer and we'd be dealing with all kinds of madness," Qin Mo muttered as he observed the growing clusters of green on the snowy landscape, the green-skinned hordes swarming like locusts across the planet. They seemed driven from the depths to the surface, likely by some unknown force. Normally, they would remain underground.

Perhaps they had been drawn to the poles by the presence of the human forces.

With the ground troops already teleported back to the orbital dock, nothing remained to stop the green tide. The green-skinned creatures swarmed the newly constructed towers, attempting every method to destroy them.

But it mattered not. The towers were merely anchors, essential only until the Firmament was fully operational. Their destruction was inconsequential.

Qin Mo shifted his gaze to the planet as a whole.

The purpose of the Hyperdimensional Firmament wasn't merely to raise an impenetrable dome. It wasn't akin to the Angels of Mercy in the stars. Once activated, the Firmament would lock the entire planet into another dimension, granting control over every material under its embrace—destroying or creating at will.

Thus, it was not only a weapon of mass destruction but also a tool of creation.

Qin Mo placed both hands on the surface of the Hyperdimensional Firmament, channeling the power of the Star God. His senses expanded to perceive every existence on the planet—every material formed from atoms or molecules could not escape this omnipresence.

Even the Chaos cultists and the vile powers they revered were detectable, evoking a deep loathing within Qin Mo—though no more than the green-skinned creatures did.

"Delete them."

At the thought, every green-skinned creature at both poles, and those hiding beneath the planet's surface, vanished without a trace.

When Qin Mo looked again, the green specks on the snowy fields were gone.

The entities erased by the Hyperdimensional Firmament would cease to exist in the past, present, or future. They were completely, utterly erased. Even if someone invented a time machine, there would be no way to retrieve what had been deleted. All that would remain were false memories, unverifiable by any means.

Qin Mo continued his work, erasing other life forms on the planet, including any demons summoned by dark rites. If they had entered the material universe and had not fled back to the Warp before the Firmament activated, they too were purged.

From the moment Qin Mo conceived the idea of erasing the green-skinned creatures, the enemy forces on Tyrone III were completely wiped out.

Now, Qin Mo faced a choice. He could either leave the planet uninhabited and claim it as his own or reshape it entirely, molding it into something new.

"Should I create a fortress world?" he mused, envisioning a planet reinforced with a fortified shell, its interior hollowed out to serve as an impregnable bastion.

Such a drastic restructuring might disrupt the planet's celestial mechanics or even cause it to disintegrate—but that didn't matter. Qin Mo could fine-tune the planet's operations to ensure it functioned normally.

Yet, the idea of a fortress world was discarded.

Qin Mo remembered that the most pressing issue for the Tyrone system wasn't defense, but resources.

The hive cities were running low on materials. For now, they scavenged what remained from the ancient industrial megastructures below the surface. But soon, the metals from the lower hives would be exhausted. And Tyrone II, an industrial world, had limited mineral resources as well.

With this realization, Qin Mo knew exactly what to do with Tyrone III. He immediately began transforming the planet using the Hyperdimensional Firmament.

Except for the stabilizing core, he converted the entire planet's internal structure into vast reserves of various metals and minerals. By rearranging atomic structures and employing other advanced techniques, he achieved his goal.

He then created oceans and islands on the surface, leaving access points for mining.

In the end, Tyrone III became a water-covered planet, teeming with valuable resources beneath its surface. Though it might one day be called a "garden world," its true purpose was as a mineral-rich powerhouse.

If enemies were to invade the Tyrone system, they could not hope to defend Tyrone III—but that was of no concern. Qin Mo had far better plans for the system's defense.

"Done."

Qin Mo withdrew his hands, deactivating the Hyperdimensional Firmament.

The blue dome around Tyrone III gradually faded away, and the Firmament's form reverted to that of a large metallic sphere.

Looking upon his creation, a masterpiece months in the making, Qin Mo knew it was still far from perfect. In the future, the Firmament would need to be upgraded, perhaps even developed to the point where it could reshape entire star systems at will.
