I felt his teeth piercing my skin right where my neck met my shoulder.

His eyes widened in surprise as I twisted out from under him, the knife still deeply embedded in his muscles. Continuing the path I had made, I slit the back of his neck, making sure to remove the knife for a second before embedding it deep into his spinal cord.
