After Jack's father spoke to the medics at the back of the ambulance which by the way, they where five people in total that came which were, two males and three females first aid medics.
After, the medics quicy discussed with themselves on what to do next. After two minutes of discussion, they were finally done concluding and they came up with their next aproach.
Two female medics excused themselves to go in and check on their patients condition.
The medics where doing things like checking his pulse, his eyes condition with a torch light to see if his pupils where dilated or not,[.....].
Briefly seeing Jack's state," We have seen his condition and his now back to normal, he seems okay but just to make sure everything is fine we will take him to the hospital", said medic 1 explaining the situation and stating their opinion on what they found.
"Yes, let's see what the doctor has to say when we arrive and shown them his charts". Medic 2 said and continued, "and am sure they will do him a body scan or something similar like blood analysis you know, just make sure.
Everyone agreed on it in one go readily. The medics asked on who was going to accompany the patient and that one person could go in the ambulance and the rest would have to use other means to go to the hospital.
After the family discussed with themselves, since everyone wanted to go into ambulance. They agreed on Kai, they reason was simple;
Firstly, Mrs and Mr Willams have to stay because, Mrs Williams had to backup clothes for his son and daily essentials and also because she needed Mr Willams to drive her there.
Secondly, Jack's older brother had to discuss briefly with his wife to take of their kids and the home while his out.
Lastly because if Lisa or Jack's best friend is in the ambulance and something's happening the won't know what do or they will be over emotional that it will affect the job of the medics.
Author: Though Jack best friends didn't admit being emotional. But on the inside.....ಥ‿ಥ.
And Kai just knew Jack but they where sure he could handle the situation with expertise.
So, everyone was set to go.
...
Everything is progressing smoothly Jack was fine except for that he hasn't woken up yet and the attending doctor suggested doing surgery on the brain.
Through the scan the doctors saw that he had a tiny splinter on the brain from wood.
They doctors and family members where sure that Jack got it true an accident of when he was a little child.
But since the attending doctor said that it wasn't compulsory to remove it since from their datas they saw that it wasn't causing any damage to their patient, Jack parents stated that the would wait for their son to decide which the doctor willingly agreed to their answers.
Now it was just remaining for Jack to wake up and decide.
The doctor stated before leaving that he would wake up the next day.
...
The next day at 11:00 pm
"Doctor why is he still not waking up. You said he will wake up today", said Mrs Williams panicking.
"He was supposed to wake up during the day, we gave him a look and the charts imply that he is fine", the doctor replied with confusion written on his face.
"Give me a moment", said the doctor on his way out.
He came back with two more doctors who looked more aged and experienced.
The doctors took a look at Jack and called doctor Phil out to discuss.
(The name of Jack's attending doctor).
After the three of them discussed the two doctors who came in earlier left, while Dr Phil
came in once again and said,
" I have discussed with the other doctors about the situation and they also saw that nothing is wrong with him....", paused for a moment so that they can process the information.
He continued," Since nothing is wrong with him physically we think that it's a psychological problem. He needs to wake up by himself with his will".
While everyone listened to his every word, they felt that a bad news was coming because of the tone of the doctor and the way he liked to pause when talking as if giving suspense.
Author: I hate suspense, like say the news and go away. Who is with me, raise your hands up. Anyways....
Then he finally said the heart shattering words, "so we will have to declare him coma, unfortunately, my condolences".
He was on his way out of the room when he was stopped by Lisa.
"Doctor when will he wake up then", she asked with tears forming in her eyes with hope in her heart, refusing to give up just like that.
But it was brutally removed by his subsequent word.
"We don't know it depends on his will to live. He might wake up now, tomorrow, next week, next year or never", after the doctor Phil said that he shook his head a left.
Silence engolfed the room. Everyone stood still not talking. At that moment everyone shead silent tears.
Even Lucas hoped that his best friend wakes up from the bed and say to him it was a prank but his friend didn't move, he lied still on the bed with his eyes closed.
While everyone was crying, Jack who didn't know that he was currently at the hospital, was reliving his memories from when he was little to adulthood. (We will come back to that another time hopefully).
.....
One month later
Back to the hospital
It's been a month since the announcement of Jack being declared coma.
Today was different why? Guess.
The answer is that Mrs Williams had a dream two days ago about her son. She predicted that she would wake up a week after which everyone believes because since she was a little child she had a dome or talent of prediction which 90% percent of it became true.
So everyone was getting prepared and ready for his arrival. Friends and family that were out of the country where dropping or postponing their activities for the the week.
Almost everyone arrived.
