In The Bedroom
"Prrh! Prrh! " The alarm clock rings. " Ok guys, it's time to get ready for school." Lucy said. "Urgh not again, I'm tired." Dave cried. " Hey, no one encouraged you to spend the whole night playing videogames so why complaining?" Lucy replied. " Hey, I wasn't talking to you,I was talking to me." Dave replied. Lucy ignored him and the guys stood up to prepare for school.
" Why must we even attend school? I mean there are a lot of great boys and girls outside there who didn't attend school so why us?" Dave asked as he was dressing up. " And there are also a lot of young boys and girls outside there who are regretting their actions for not attending school." Elena said. "Well that's them". Dave replied. "And why don't you wanna attend school, Dave? Little wonder no one else's but your grades and performances at school have been poor." Lucy said as everyone exclaimed "ouch!". "He's a dumbass, what do ya expect "? Elena said and laughed. " Oh, yeah!?" Then why did I, instead of you, take the $10,000 home? Yeah that's because you fell for my trick,you douchebag. "Okay guys don't start up a fight at an hour like this. All these are just jokes." Lucy said. " Tell Elena for taking it personal". So everyone dressed up,are their breakfast and left for school.
AT SCHOOL
The guys, Just like always, got to school late where they encountered their class teacher, Mrs Hushwoggs. " And would you tell me the reason for coming late usually? This is the fifteenth consecutive Time you'd come late which makes it three weeks in a row. What do you do that makes you come late to school uhn? Or you wanna tell me you enjoy the punishments and the scoldings you receive each time you come late?" Mrs Hushwoggs shouted at them. " We're really sorry ma'am. We encountered a sudden emergency that needed to be taken care of without hesitation. We promise to improve next time." Lucy said pleading to her. " You say that every single day and nothing changes; everything still remains the same." Mrs Hushwoggs replied. " We're very sorry. It'll not repeat itself tomorrow." Mike said. " Ohh it better don't because next time you come late, I would have to visit your parents." Mrs Hushwoggs said and left while the teens went their class.
"Good morning class." Mrs Hushwoggs greeted with everyone replying politely subsequently. " Last class, we discussed a term called" Photosynthesis ". Mrs Hushwoggs said as she wrote the word on the board. " So, who can tell me what the meaning of the word 'photosynthesis' is ?"Mrs Hushwoggs asked the class. For about five minutes there wasn't a single response even despite Lucy's eagerness to answer. " No response!? You mean you've forgotten about yesterday's discussion just like that?" Mrs Hushwoggs said which provoked Lucy to stand up to answer. " Photosynthesis can be defined as the vital biological process by which plants , algae and some bacteria convert light energy from the sun into chemical energy in the form of organic compounds, such as glucose. Simply put, it's a process by which plants manufacture their food from a source of light energy called the sun." Lucy said as Mrs Hushwoggs was flabbergasted by her definition. " Beautiful!!!" She replied as everyone applauded her. " I can't believe despite how these kids show up late to class, they're still as promising as ever." Mrs Hushwoggs said as Lucy and the five smiled." Okay.. our next discussion for today is...." Hardly had Mrs Hushwoggs finished her sentence when the bell rung for break. " That'll be all for day. Next class ,we continue". Mrs Hushwoggs said and dismissed the class.
DURING BREAK
Mike just purchased his lunch and proceeded to his class when three guys encountered him at the backyard. " And where do you think you're going?" One of them said to mike who tried to get past them." How should that concern you?" Mike replied. "This kid is a 7th grade so he doesn't know who the hell he's talking to." One of the whispered to another. "I'm out." Mike said and walked but he was dragged back by one." Who the hell do you think you can behave stubbornly to us? This kid doesn't know who the hell he's running his mouth for! Let's teach him a lesson". One of the said. " Are you done barking?" Mike said as he proceeded to leave while eating his lunch. "Get back here. Give that thing on your hand to us right now and we'll set you free. " One of them said. " Or else what...?" Mike said and wanted to leave but one of them dragged him back and gave him a slap on his cheek. " Okay I think I have Heard enough of this kid. No one else has disrespected us here,but this kid!?!" One of the said. "Relax, he's just a fresher here but let's just give him a little taste of who and what we are ,then next time he'll watch his mouth." The apparent leader said as he gave the order to beat him. Mike was beaten black and blue ,so hard he couldn't get up or feel his legs.He laid there on the ground until Scott saw him. "Mike!!" He shouted. "What the hell happened to you?" He asked Mike who didn't give a response as a result of his inability to talk that was caused by the three men. "I must make this known to the school authority".Scott said and raised him up and rushed him to the school authority. There, Mike was bandaged in the arms, legs and forehead and was also advised to rest for about three days.
After school,the teens ventured back home. " I must make them pay for what they did to me!" Mike said, with revenge on his face even despite the pain.
The teens were discussing all that they were taught plus the Mike incident when Dave excused himself to use the restroom. After five minutes, Dave called the attention of others to the toilet. "Guys, come check what I saw." Dave said with a slight of worry on Lucy's face. " So as I was about to leave the toilet, my finger inadvertently touched the wall, and I saw this." Dave said with amazement on the teens' face,well except Lucy. " Lucy, what's wrong? You look troubled." Nia said. " Urm nope, there's nothing wrong, it's something needed to not be worried about." Lucy replied, putting a fake smile on her face. " What're we waiting for? Why don't someone press the button already?! Scott asked with curiosity on his face. " You have hands right,so why don't you do as you've asked?" Elena replied. "Well I'm afraid something harmful could happen to me if I did." He replied. "Well, let Dave do it since he's the one that discovered". Nia suggested. " Alright alright y'all should stop behaving childishly. I mean it's just a button so how dangerous or risky would it be? Dave said as he moved forward to press it. "Umm why is your hand shaking?" Mike asked." Shut up and let me Concentrate!" He shouted. "Yes sir." Mike replied. " Here goes nothing." Dave said and pressed the button with as his hands were vibrating. "What?! We have to enter the passcode again!?" Dave exclaimed. " Hmm is this a secret room or something?" Nia asked. " Lucy, you haven't been contributing to this, your mood has been the opposite of ours since Dave's discovery." Elena said. " Urmmm.." " Lucy,are you sweating?" Scott asked, interrupting Lucy's response. After checking the countenance of the five and noticed that the eyes of the five are now on five, then Lucy urrendered. " Fine. Guys, I have something to tell youbut first of all, let's check what is inside the room." Lucy said. " Of course, but no one knows the entry code." Nia said. " Wait a minute,be right back in a moment." Lucy said and ran. " Where're you going?" Dave shouted. The remaining five tried to enter the passcode but to no avail until Lucy arrived." Where did you go to and what did you do?" Nia said to Lucy who did ignored. Lucy moved forward and entered the passcode, " 0226" and the door Automatically opened itself immediately. " Woooahh!!" Everyone exclaimed. " How come you were able to decipher the code while we couldn't?" Elena asked. " Chillax. It's part of what I'm about to share with you." Lucy replied as the teens entered the room. " Wooahh!!" Everyone exclaimed. "This looks like a secret room." Dave said excitedly." It is a secret room." Mike replied him. " But Lucy, how did you?!.. Don't Tell me you're actually aware that there's a secret room beforehand and you knew it before us." Scott said. " Guys listen, and I want you to believe every word that comes out of my mouth as I proceed to tell you. I'm sure you and I can remember a day when I said very soon, we shall become superheroes and the whole world would be relying on us. Y'all especially Dave said I'm crazy, mocking me because we don't have super powers and what did I say? I said sooner or later, you'll understand what I'm trying to imply and I think now's the time."
