Chaos erupted through the hallways, the air thick with panic and desperation. The remaining thirty or so players scrambled, their movements disjointed and frantic. Shouts and cries echoed, a cacophony of fear amplifying the chaos. Bodies collided as players stumbled down the stairs, some losing their footing, falling, and getting trampled in the frenzy.
"Come on, let's use the fire escape!" Kazuki yelled, his voice barely cutting through the noise.
Several heads turned, catching onto their plan. Footsteps thundered behind them as a group began to follow.
'F**k! Looks like some people caught on to our route. If there are more rounds after this, it could become a real problem.'
