After several minutes had passed we arrived at the Ceremonial Hall of the Everglow Academy. Many students from the Preschool to the College exited the public transport to the magical carriages. Rowan stretched his body for a bit, because of the intense wild sex from the magical carriage they did minutes ago. They both got out first, then the rest of them. Elira grabs Rowan's right arm while heading to the Ceremonial Hall.
They arrived at this massive stadium, where the Ceremonial Hall was prepared and started. Each batch of students with different roles and courses sat in their designated places, while those students who had no roles/courses could take whatever seats were vacant. Those people from the Peasants and Commoners status, for Nobility Status, have a huge air-conditioner room with a holographic screen.
As for the royalty, they have their own room and high-security system, which is the latest model. The Royalty who is one of the major supporters and financial aid is the 2nd Princess Elowen Solas Brightwind together with some Royal Duke Household Daughters, she aims that everyone must strive for growth and learning in hope for the future of the Kingdom of the Solaria Archipelago.
The Kingdom of the Solaria Archipelago is divided into 4 Large Islands and 1 Small Island. The North Large Island is called the Ivorytide Isle it's known for its pristine white beaches and crystal-clear waters and is the hub of commerce and naval trade for the archipelago. The West Large Island is called the Zephyros Isle it's known for its constantly buffeted by gentle winds, it's an island for air-based magic and creatures, like wind spirits and strong winds, their transport is mostly flying-type vehicles or wind gliders.
The South Large Island is called Calystria Isle. It's known for its serene island with calm, sparkling lakes and healing springs, famous for its healing powers. This is where the Everglow Academy of Lifelong Learning is located, where the Dawnveil Territorial Alliance is, and where the 2nd Princess Elowen Solas Brightwind is currently assigned from her father, the King of this Solaria Archipelago, to take over.
The East Large Island is called Lumora Isle it's known for its constant soft light, this island could be a spiritual or holy place within the archipelago. This is where one of the main churches of a certain known religion is currently established. Lastly, the Small Island is called the Dawnreach Capital City, where the main capital and the Imperial Family live.
After the introduction about the islands and their location in the Solaria Archipelago, the ceremony began where everyone stayed quiet as teachers, facilitators, instructors, principals, and directors in different courses and roles entered the center of the stadium, they started with a speech to make newcomers of this academy get excited while those not newcomers like Rowan and the rest, just claps with a cheer.
After about an hour and a half, the Director of the Everglow Academy made unexpected news that Rowan didn't want, but it was too late for him when he declined his fiancee and his parents about that idea. The Director stated that dorms for couples or fiancees or married people are given a free room or something like that, Rowan's last shiver from a while ago was coming from Elira with an evil smile as if she knew about this.
Rowan: "Elira, I know what are you thinking, but I would like to decline, and even if I accept I need permission from my parents and your parents about this..."
Elira: [Smiles] "Don't worry, dear. My parents and your parents already agreed."
Rowan: [Shocked] "What! When did you ask them?"
Elira: [Thinking] "I think it was last week..."
Rowan: "How???"

The Everglow Academy is divided into 15 sectors.
The private dorms located in the 2nd Sector are also known as the "Everheart Dormitories" where those couples, fiancees, or married couples will be staying. The Everheart Dormitories are divided into 2 Towers, one is for the students while the other one is for the instructors, teachers, and people who work and teach at Everglow Academy. People questioned how they established this kind of academy in a short period.
The answer was modern technology and magical abilities, making impossible things possible, and increasing the speed of building with the help of magic. According to it, after the gate or portal incident worldwide so many changes and agreements came to this world. New Fractions are being formed, Alliances broken off or new ones, new countries are being established whether they are being recognized or not, new religions, the majority being ruled by a monarchy, and so on.
In the year 2024, 75% of the world will be ruled by a monarchy and the rest of the percent is others like Democracy, Anarchy, or more. So, are you wondering why ordinary people like Rowan's Family are nobles, because the President, or I mean the King of the Solaria Archipelago decided that nobility and royalty would be based on their achievements, influence, and have a position in the government.
As for Rowan's father, Oswin Ashbourne was a former councilor, but because of his past achievements and influence (connections) he was promoted to a Baron Household, those people who supported him till now were either promoted or became Ashbourne's Family Vassal. Their current vassals are 5 Baronets, 10 Knighted (Military), 20 6th-1st Noble Officers, and 40 Populaces.
So, when you try to divide the Ashbourne Territories with them this is the results:

Ashbourne Family Household: 30%
Baronets: 25% (5% per Baronet)
Knighted Officers: 15% (1.5% per Knight)

However, it's also different when comes to the higher noble households like viscounts and counts level or higher ones since their territories are larger and they need vassals to handle them by equally distributing some of their territories, roles, and power to them, to maintain well the territory and the people.
Since there are 40 Populaces of Ashbourne Family Vassal, they are assigned to take care of 40 Streets around the Ashbourne Family, the 20 6th-1st Noble Officers are assigned by 20 Hamlets to manage, the 10 Knighted are assigned by 10 Villages to manage, and the 5 Baronets are assigned by 5 Towns to managed.
When comes to naming the places, Rowan told everyone placing names will take time and just place them by one letter or a number, except for the city name. The reason why the city name is because once a noble household reaches a baron rank, they will receive a small city, that is why having vassals is needed to have some support and not have much burden to carry alone.
The history of Valenwood is something unexpected, before the incident happened throughout the world, Ashbourne and Valenwood came from an ordinary background, but when the truth was uncovered about their lineage they were promoted directly to count rank, luckily Elira is already engaged with the Ashbourne Family and already becomes an ally due to that.
