Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: The symphony.

The Queen pondered, seemingly knowing what that name is while simultaneously being oblivious, but she clenched her swollen face

The Queen: "That face seems familiar; I wonder why?"

In the background, Granny P. squeezed her nose, trying not to grow.

Granny P: "Yeah, I wonder why."

The Queen turned towards the former general as she asked.

The Queen: "You said something."

Granny P chose not to reply that as she turned to Shotaro Mugyiwara, who was looking at the captured Dark Elves intruders.

Granny P: "Ummm..Mugyiwara?"

Shotaro turned back to her, and in a serious tone, the messiah asked.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "What?"

Granny P stumbled upon his tone as she noticed something in his eyes, but before she could say something, the silver-haired man spoke.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "Who will dare break an eon-long treaty like that? & that also to kidnap the queen; if they wanted to kill her, they wouldn't kidnap her from the castle, nor will they let her live hours in the abduction; they knew the risk was big. But what if they want ransom of sorts?"

The Queen pondered upon his reasoning as she asked.

The Queen: "What are you on about?"

Shotaro looked back at her, thinking about his words.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "Maybe they wanted freedom & the upholding of the treaty; I mean, you're the queen; if someone has the power to grant them the liberty from the years of oppression they experienced, it will be the queen."

"Or maybe it wasn't an act of revenge, as I first thought..terrorism is more like it."

He turned to Granny P, in a voice of command & authority, he said.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "They won't be executed; I need them alive & well.".

Suddenly Paliv Ellarion jolted up with such demands as she exclaimed.

Paliv: "But they kidnapped mother they should be--"

Shotaro gave her the look in the eye; she gets shut up. The Queen wanted to say something seeing her daughter like that, but even she knew better than pissing Shotaro, so she passed the order.

The Queen: "OK then, as you wish."

Shotaro looked at the intruders; they were muzzled, but one of them tried to say something to him. He knew if she said something that she shouldn't say to him, she would pretty much get killed by the queen's assasin, since even he knew a thing or two about politics, so he gestured for her to keep quiet, assuring her with a look in his eyes. The girl, understanding it, went with the guards, and suddenly he heard a familiar voice.

Kazam: "All courtiers are safely at their residence, Mr. . Mugyiwara."

Suddenly Shotaro had an idea—a fix for Kazam's situation—as he turned back to the Queen.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "I want that whore boy as my squire."

He said, pointing at the boy, but that led to a lot of exclamation of surprise.

WHAT?

WHAT!!!

HUH??!?!?

THE FUCK?????

Shotaro gave a confident smirk, knowing he could have his way.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "You said you want to fix this city, right? That means I must be a temporary residence of the green tower, close to the workspace, & everyone in the green tower gets a squire, right?"

The Queen: "Actually that makes sense... but why him?"

Shotaro scrached the back of his head, not knowing what to say, yet he answered.

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "I will answer it straight up; if he is one of the employees of the green tower, maybe he can have access to the royal medic & find the medicine for his father's sickness; that way he doesn't have to sell himself for basic temporary relievers."

Hearing his thoughtful words, Kazan can feel his eye watering—a hope he saw, ingniting in the form of Shotaro.

Kazam: "Thank you, my lord; I never met a greater hero...& I dare never will."

Shotaro Mugyiwara: "That sounds cheesy as hell Don't say that again. & you're welcome, BTW".

Granny P smiled in silence before turning towards the feminine boy.

Granny P: "You may as well take your oath here & now, my boy."

Kazam nodded as he kneeled in front of Shotaro, putting a palm on his chest.

"From this day to your last, from dawn to another, I will be thy squire, the upmost loyal, for you are my lord, once & always; my name is Kazam, son of Alaka.".

Shotaro: "Funny language I don't have a hint of, but thanks."

Shotaro got an idea.

Shotaro: "Does this make me a knight?".

Paliv: "of sorts...I guess"

Shotaro, even though being the more stoic one, can't help but feel a surge of excitement in his heart; he can't always be the brooding big guy with a sword, can he?.

Shotaro: "Damn...all I need is a cape.".

Paliv: "You have a cape."

Shotaro: "This red shroud around my waist? It's not a cape; it's just a dirty red piece of cloth around my waist.".

He took a sniff out of his waist cape thingy before groining in utter disgust.

Shotaro: "I forgot to clean my attire in the 1 month of getting them, & this waist is dragged around all kinds of shit I walk around off."

Granny P.: "You should go & take a bath, stingy ass savior.".

 Cuts to next day

Queen Mellirion was wondering how to sort the shit her ages-long decend into alcholism created as she had Kazam, Shotaro's newly appointed squire, explain to her the horrors of slums as he clenches the armrest of her golden throne, for she failed her dead love, the once & always just king that Luthor was.

Shotaro, however, was learning politics from Granny P., as he needs to have an idea about how the system works for it's own salvation. He was great in political classes back in school, so he already had an upstart, weirdly conventional of him to just know shit when it hits the clock; he wonders why?.

Paliv, however, was observing her mother's state; she still wasn't fully out of her previous, eggshell-like state of mind, but there were some improvements.

Paliv: "It's only natural for her to slowly come out since she has been like that long for ages.".

She assured herself as she laid back to her bed, wondering about what exactly happened to the dark elf captives.

Paliv: "I wonder why he will save those intruders.".

She looked outside her window as her eyes wondered towards the garden where she found him.

Paliv: "It's only been a while, & he had done so much; I wonder what more miracles that dude performs in the following years.".

While she was thinking, Shotaro was with Granny P., learning many Drakastradorny speaks from Granny P.; he is learning elvish, a rich one with 300K alphabets, and rakhsassi spoken by the demonic races, one that makes his throat go rough due to all the sounds he needs to make; he would soon follow with mountain speak, spoken by Dwarves, Gnomes, Orcs, Barbarians & other mountain & cave residing beings, & desserti, language of the dessert cult; maybe the drowned language is great too.

Shotaro: "ye Ni Guaye no Shotaro."

Granny P.: "It's Ye Ni Guahe no Shotaro; what you said meant 'you will be Shotaro' not 'you ARE Shotaro."

Shotaro slams his wrist on the table, accidentally destroying it.

Shotaro: "Damn it, me & my suspiciously inhumane strength."

Granny P.: "You can turn a diamond into vapor with that arm strength; learn to control yourself."

Shotaro looked back, then again tried to justify it.

Shotaro: "I mean, what the fuck is this kind of language? Can't it be more like Japanese or English, like one mispell here & suddenly my sister is an ant-eater?".

Granny P.: "I mean, the above order granted the aetherion beings the way to communicate by languages a million years ago; it's only natural for it to be a little overdeveloped.".

Shotaro: "Still, 300 thousand alphabets, & it's only elvish."

Granny P.: "It's not my fault Elves are born with more developed voice boxes, so they can make sounds you can't even comprehend, resulting in such a large number of letters.".

Shotaro: "Then why am I even learning them if my voice box can't pronounce like....70% of them?".

"Waste of time"

He said before walking out of the room

Granny P. humped

Granny P.: "Kids these days.".

Meanwhile, Shotaro saw Kazam, who stumbled upon his 7'11 stature.

Kazam, "EKK!!, My lord?, sorry I...fell asleep after cleaning your bowels."

Shotaro only asked one thing

Shotaro: "Your father?"

Kazam: "Umm...he is still in coma, but his jade corruption is fading little by little, it may take a year or two, though."

Shotaro: "I am glad."

& the hero of saving walks away, for some sunlight & stretching as he walks around hearing gossips from the maid

Maid #1: "Have you noticed a decline in rapers walking around the slums?"

Maid #2: "Yeah, I was even to return home to give my family the money they need AT NIGHT; usually I sent a squire or something for that job.".

Meanwhile Shotaro was standing far away, his heart swelling with pride, as he knew the reason

He & granny P went wild & castrated most, if not all, the filth that Shotaro witnessed when he entered Olive dale

Shotaro: "It was fun last night."

As he walked away more, he wondered if he should go back to the library and continue his studies, but a thought entered his mind about those dark elves he ordered to not harm

But his thought process stopped when his nose was hit with a horrifying stench of dead & cold flesh

He looked back at Kazam, who was still there.

Shotaro: "Where are the captives held???"

Kazam was surprised by his sudden outburst of shock, horror, despration, & rage, but he answered his knight well.

Kazam: "In the storage room near the garden...I think my lord."

Shotaro wasted no time before Jolting like Ussain Bolt; he...ran, he ran & ran as in his tride of the ugly realisation, his crimson eyes drifted across a dude, one of the Jade ministers, Ova walking in the opposite side of the direction he is running in, he didn't have much time to analyze the doubtful look on the man's face, so he kept running as he opened the door to the storage room as he saw the thing

Shotaro: "Shit"

The dark elves are dead
