The entire assembly was in shock after this revelation.
"A Mythic-Grade weapon?"
"How did he obtain a weapon blueprint like that?"
"He probably stole it!" they murmured.
"Can we talk?" Akemi said, holding onto the design he had submitted.
She took him by the hands and they went towards the corner, with Gillian lagging.
"Start speaking. How did you get your hands on a mythic-grade sai?" she asked. His hands slightly trembled on her back.
"Hmm, so you're telling me that I can't sketch a Mythic-Grade Sai? Really?" He rested his back on the nearby wall and crossed his legs against the other.
"I'm not saying you can't sketch a Mythic-Grade blueprint; I'm just asking how you got it because..."
"What do you mean how I got it?" he angrily asked raising his voice. "I sketched it myself yesterday afternoon. You can ask that man who runs the materials room! He's the one who sold the casting pen to me!" He said, dragging his blueprint from her hands and tossing it into the air once more, causing it to disappear once more.
He quietly walked towards the elders who were standing at the back; he could see the jealous gaze the other Blacksmith gave him.
Seems like being too talented was a sin!!
"Is it okay if I submit to you?"
He calmly asked upon getting there.
The three male elders discussed among themselves, leaving the only female elder there out.
"Yes, you can submit it to us, but make sure you input copyright on it first.. so no one would steal it!!" The female elder whispered into his ear.
"How do I put a copyright on it?" He asked her.. finally raising his head.
"you'll find out soon" she muttered
Taking a step back.
"Alright, son, despite your skills and the fact that you managed to level up so quickly, we'll accept your submission…
"Thank you, sir..!!
"Not so fast, dude, the man continued.
Only if you tell us how the idea of sketching a Mythic-Grade Blueprint came into your mind.
Damn, I can't tell them about my system just yet… I'm pretty sure if they knew, they'd kill for it.
Or should I just tell them? That way, they'll take their eyes off me each time I submit a Mythic-Grade Blueprint.
Fucking Bullshit!!
Many thoughts ran through his mind on what to say at that moment… he just kept his mouth shut… imprinted his hands deep into his pocket, and did nothing.
"If you don't give us a good reason, we won't be able to accept your submission son.
You have till midnight; if not, you'll have to sketch something else for your entrance exam."
The man muttered, tapping his shoulder twice before walking away with the other elders.
"Alright, assembly dismissed. Submit to the weapon blueprint over there, and remember to input your fingerprints after submitting.
He just stood there, doing nothing other than staring into the sandy ground.
Is it such a crime to be able to sketch a Mythic-Grade Blueprint? Or is it a must that he had to reveal where got his ideas from?
As this thought flew through his mind, the more angry he became.
The fact that he was unable to do anything was what bothered him the most.
"You okay" a female voice called out from behind.
"We'll talk later!" Gillian gave a straight reply and headed back to his dorm.
He knew exactly who that was… it was always Akemi, coming to him in his sorrowful times pretending to be pitful towards him.
"Look, I know how it feels to…"
"Shut the hell up alright, you don't know anything at all…
Is it such a crime to be able to sketch a Mythic-Grade Blueprint?
Is it?
Their conversation began to draw unwanted attention toward both of them.
It's been a while since Gillian let out any of his feelings at all.
"Just fuck off and let me be right?"
He walked away to his small dormitory without turning back, tears began to gather in his eyes, but he could not let them fall…
"It's alright, continue with what you were doing," Akemi said to the other Blacksmith who were so fixated on their situation.
Damn, I wish I had never told them; everything would be so okay if I did not let my pride get ahold of me.
The System could feel how sad the host was after reading a few of his thoughts…
[If you perhaps upgrade your rewind class, you might be able to go an hour back in time]
The system's robotic voice said…
"What do you mean upgrade?" Gillian asked, wiping the tears from his eyes and sitting down on the bed.
[You'll have to upgrade your Rewind class using CP; there are 6 levels in Total. For each level you upgrade to, an extra 10 minutes will be added to your Rewind class.]
How many CPs are needed to upgrade?
[50CP for each upgrade
Available Balance: 800 CP]
How did I get 800 Cp?
[Reward For Successfully sketching a Mythic-Grade Sai Blueprint.]
Alright then, upgrade to the highest…
[Ding!!
Upgrade Complete
Level; 6/6
Balance: 400CP]
Alright, so I can rewind to 1 hour ago, right?
He carefully asked this time, if he was successfully able to go back in time… he'd do his best and make sure that no one finds out about him forging a Mythic-Grade Sai before the entrance exam.
[Yes, you can rewind an hour., Just say the word]
Rewind!! He said and he suddenly disappeared from his bed.
