In the first half of the Grand Line, Impel Down Prison.
Vivian, with a cigar in his mouth and his arms crossed, looked at the approaching Impel Down Prison with a hint of melancholy.
A prison…
Two years here?
Although it wouldn't be as free as staying in a town, at least he had an unlimited phone, so it wouldn't be too boring, right?
Moreover, being stationed at Impel Down would likely help him avoid the Marineford War.
However, Luffy would soon break into this prison, which would probably trigger many choices.
"Uncle Issho, we're going to spend the next two years here. Are you sure you want to come with me?" Vivian turned to Fujitora.
Yes, Fujitora had come along with him.
Standing behind Vivian with his cane sword, Fujitora smiled and said, "I heard that the prison is less strict than the headquarters, so it's easier to gamble here?"
Vivian: "…"
So that's why you came?
"Well, yes, you can gamble freely in prison."
Vivian scratched his nose.
Whether in the base or in prison, it's just passing the time, right?
Comforting himself with this thought, the warship soon passed through the current and arrived at the Gates of Justice in front of Impel Down.
As the current pushed them forward, the warship stopped at the port, and many Impel Down soldiers lined up neatly on the shore, seemingly welcoming the newcomers.
"On behalf of all the prison guards, welcome."
The leader, a man nearly five meters tall, with a massive build, wearing a black warden's uniform, and sporting two horns on his head, looked down at Vivian.
Vivian looked up at him.
The warden, Magellan?
A Paramecia-type Devil Fruit user with the Venom-Venom Fruit, one of the strongest forces in the navy, second only to the three admirals and Garp.
Vivian remembered that if it weren't for the help of Shiryu of the Rain, who was imprisoned, the Blackbeard Pirates might have been wiped out right there, preventing many future events.
"Maybe I can stop Shiryu and make sure Blackbeard dies here," he thought.
With the options at his disposal, if things got dangerous, he could always play dead. After all, he didn't want to provoke a future Yonko-level threat.
If he had to act, he couldn't leave any survivors!
None at all!
"What a disappointment, I thought there would be some pretty girls among the newcomers, but they're all men…"
"What are you saying, Hannyabal?" Magellan turned and glared at the man named Hannyabal.
Hannyabal scratched his head apologetically, "Ah! I accidentally said what I was thinking. Sorry about that…"
Vivian: "…"
Fujitora: "…"
Hannyabal, the deputy warden of Impel Down, had a round belly and a face that looked like a demon.
His appearance was extremely frightening, and he was exceptionally lecherous. Coupled with his great ambition and tendency to accidentally reveal his true thoughts, he wasn't well-liked in the entire prison.
"So, Director Magellan, where are our posts?" Ignoring Hannyabal, Vivian looked at Magellan.
"On the first floor above the sea."
Magellan said, making a gesture of invitation.
Seeing this, Vivian glanced at Fujitora behind him, and the two of them stepped forward simultaneously, officially entering the gates of Impel Down under Magellan's lead.
…
Impel Down is divided into 7.5 levels.
They are:
First Floor Above the Sea (Baptism Room): Home to many jailers, this area is used for interrogations and for disinfecting new prisoners by immersing them in boiling water.
Level 1 (Crimson Hell): A forest with leaves sharper than blades and grass that feels like needles. The pirates imprisoned here are generally weak, often unable to defeat even the Blue Gorillas. For example, Buggy the Clown, who was recently escorted by Vivian, is now held here.
Level 2 (Wild Beast Hell): Filled with various beasts like Chicken Snakes, Man-Faced Lions, and Scorpions. Prisoners are constantly chased by these animals and often become their food. The jailers don't bother to intervene, considering it the pirates' deserved punishment.
Level 3 (Starvation Hell): Prisoners here have bounties exceeding 50 million Berries. The extreme heat and lack of food and water make it almost impossible to survive without dying of hunger or thirst.
Level 4 (Blazing Hell): This is where Magellan's office is located, along with the prison's food storage. To the left of the office is the kitchen, and behind it is an elevator. In the center of the floor is a boiling blood pool. Pirates thrown into this pool, if not strong enough, end up half-dead.
Level 5 (Freezing Hell): Prisoners here have bounties exceeding 100 million Berries. The temperature ranges from -20 to -30 degrees Celsius, and the forest is home to hundreds of ferocious wolves, far more dangerous than the beasts on Level 2.
Level 5.5 (Newkama Land): The mysterious place where Ivankov lived after disappearing years ago. According to the anime Vivian reviewed, it seems to have been created by Morley, one of the Revolutionary Army commanders, using the Push-Push Fruit. Currently, no one in Impel Down, except Vivian, knows about this place.
Level 6 (Eternal Hell): Reserved for the most dangerous criminals, either sentenced to death or life imprisonment. These individuals are so dangerous that the government wants to erase them from history. Pirates like Ace and Jinbe, with Shichibukai-level strength, are held here.

Listening to Director Magellan's introduction and reviewing the contents on his Den Den Mushi, Vivian arrived at the Baptism Room on the first floor above the sea.
As soon as he entered, he saw several pirates being pushed into a giant cauldron of boiling water.
Amidst the screams and splashing sounds, when the pirates were fished out with a skimmer, their bodies were scalded red, with countless blisters on their exposed skin, looking extremely horrifying.
