This is plain and simple, It is Three Shuriken made of Sea-Shell and the Three Shuriken are seeds that can create "Mini," Ocean's when they touch anything, and then Ocean Style Nin-Jutsu Clone's Ascend from the "Mini," Oceans and then the Ocean Style Nin-Jutsu Clone's Pop Out a Sea-Shell Harpoon, and then the Ocean Style Nin-Jutsu Clone's start to attack the target immediately as if they are late to work.
