I sorta kind of decoded the "Sharingan," which at it's most basic Foundation of Understanding is the "Copy-Wheel-Eye," right???
And I created an AMATEUR variant I call the -
"Learning-Wheel-Eye."
I'm not sure exactly what it does but it do something and I'm just guessing that it "Learn's-Jutsu," instead of "Copying-Jutsu," like the "Sharingan," does.
It is also called the "Rāninguhoīruai," as a Secondary Translation.
