"Now, you do understand we can't quite do that," Dionysus said with a conflicted tone. "As sick as Zeus is, he ordered us not to alter his fate."
"Fate?" Michael tilted his head. "Don't you think it's fate that I came here in the first place?"
"That's..."
"I agree... I think we should let this guy see him," Artemis added, slightly fidgeting. "As a being of great valor, Zeus wouldn't ask for help no matter what we do, so I believe it's best we take matters into our own hands."
Dionysus narrowed his eyes. "You're speaking of treason, Artemis."
"So what if she is?" Michael chimed in. "If there is no Zeus, then there is no treason."
"..."
Dionysus could not say a word, but his thoughts were obvious.
As reluctant and loyal as he was, if Zeus were to die, then their loyalty would fall onto the next possible candidate, which Michael could assume was Hermes.
