[Meph's POV]
'I wonder what I should get for Lily today?' Meph thought with a small smile. He had been growing the little crops in his backyard for her, after all.
Food was nothing but a means of satisfaction for him; mana was tastier and more filling. That was not the case for Lily, however.
But just as he had that thought, a tiny amount of mana emerged from the distance, particularly in the wooden house he had built for her to live in.
A small frown appeared on his face, but just as quickly, it disappeared as he began walking towards the house, using his abilities to grow the nearby crops.
'I wonder how the food storage is doing? I should really stop putting it off and check,' Meph thought with a sigh as he finally arrived in front of the house.
Quickly opening the door, he spotted Lily, or as her mother named her, Lilith. She was a cute little child, making everyone around her care for her dearly.
