_Chapter 6: Friendship and Loyalty_
Detention ended, and Aliya returned to classes. Magical students honed their powers, while she focused on theoretical studies.
In the cafeteria, Aliya joined Red, Evei, and Naomi.
"Aliya, we're glad you're back," Naomi said.
Red nodded. "We missed you."
Evei grinned. "Now, let's catch up."
As they ate, classmates snickered.
"Non-magical Aliya," someone jeered.
Red's fiery passion ignited. "Leave her alone!"
Evei's shape-shifting abilities allowed her to stand tall.
"We won't let anyone bully you," Evei said.
Aliya's gratitude swelled.
"Thanks, guys. You're the best."
Naomi's teleportation abilities faltered, sensing Aliya's emotions.
"Aliya, I'm sorry...for not being there," Naomi said.
Aliya hugged Naomi.
"You're here now. That's what matters."
Professor Oakwood approached.
"Aliya, your theoretical knowledge impresses," Professor Oakwood said.
Aliya beamed.
"Thanks, Professor."
Orion watched from afar.
"Aliya's friendships will strengthen her," Orion whispered.
In Magical Theory class, Aliya excelled.
"Your understanding of elemental balance is remarkable," Professor Ember praised.
Aliya's confidence grew.
After class, Red and Evei dragged Aliya to the academy's arena.
"Time for some fun!" Red exclaimed.
Evei grinned. "Magical sparring!"
Aliya hesitated.
"I'm not magical."
Red winked. "You'll learn strategically."
Evei nodded. "We'll teach you."
As they sparred, Aliya's quick thinking impressed Red and Evei.
"You're a natural!" Evei cheered.
Red high-fived Aliya.
"We make an unbeatable team!"
Naomi observed, teleportation abilities stabilizing.
"Aliya's found her strength," Naomi thought.
The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow.
"Friendship is the greatest magic," Aliya realized.
The journey continues.
