The two boys who chased after the woman that emerged from the gate, Rentaro and Mizuko, were hot on her trail.
"You're fast." She complemented on their speed as they were hot on her trail. This was the first time she had ever been pushed this far in a chase.
"Soul-Technique: Blinding Mist." She murmured softly as she dashed into the village. After her incantation, a fog rose from the ground like trails of smoke, blocking everything behind her in an instant before they even knew what was happening.
She leaped towards the roofing of one of the nearby houses, staring down at the fog with a smile. "That should take care of them for a while." She said with confidence, turning around to proceed with her mission.
