Nelly had always heard stories of the Moon Goddess's heroics, tales of a celestial being who rose to protect the helpless and bring justice in the darkest times. With Rhemon's devastation spreading mercilessly, she clung to the hope that the goddess herself might intervene. In this moment of despair, the very name of the Moon Goddess shone brightly—a beacon amidst the storm.
Nelly whispered a plea, praying that today might be the day the goddess would come through for her.
She felt Yuri tear through her defenses with his rod, fully extended and throbbing as it tore her hymen.
He dug into her like a dog on heat, hammering away at its female counterpart, thrusting and removing his shaft quickly. It was both painful and pleasurable at the same time, leaving Nelly in pain and bleeding.
But her defenses were crumbling. She felt Yuri's relentless invasion, each strike tearing through her strength, the pain mingling with a helpless numbness. She was bleeding, her vision blurring as she felt herself slipping further from consciousness. Desperately, she whispered again, "Moon Goddess, please..."
Yuri's eyes gleamed, a sick satisfaction twisting his face into a smug smile. In his mind, he was savoring every moment, his fantasy brought to life. His most primal desire has been achieved. He was getting to the edge of fantasy, the ultimate climax, but just as he approached his twisted climax, the doors were flung open with force. An unexpected figure stood there, shrouded in a ski mask, exuding a powerful aura.
For a fleeting second, Yuri assumed it was one of his own, but he knew those guys, –they would never do something like entering a room when he was having his fun so who could it be?– He pondered, but as the figure moved forward, he realized something was off. His confusion had no time to settle—without warning, a fist connected with his face, sending him sprawling against the wall. His skin burned as though scalded, his vision clouded with pain.
The masked individual stepped closer, and a second presence, unmasked but cloaked in an unmistakable energy, entered the room. Few could recognize her, for she wore an altered face, an identity she shifted for moments like these.
The second figure knelt beside Nelly, her voice calm and reassuring. "I heard you call for me," she murmured, her words a lifeline. "I'm here now... I'm sorry I came late, but I'll make it up to you."
Nelly's gaze lifted, her spirit rekindled as a small, grateful smile formed on her lips. "My friend wasn't lying... you do show up…" she whispered with what strength remained.
It was Tessa—Nelly now knew her to be the Moon Goddess's chosen. Tessa placed a gentle hand over Nelly, and a warm, soothing energy flowed through her. Her wounds closed, her body restored to its former state. Her bleeding stopped and started to move in reverse. Her virginity, the hymen that was forcefully broken through, closed, Her pale cheeks regained color, and with a renewed strength, Nelly stood. Tears filled her eyes as she looked at Tessa, and without hesitation, she embraced her savior.
"You saved me…" Nelly exclaimed, hugging Tessa tightly.
Tessa felt something stir within her. A warmth spread through her heart, filling her with an unfamiliar yet comforting satisfaction. The feeling of saving someone—of truly making a difference—flooded her in that moment, leaving her both humbled and empowered.
Adrian, wearing a ski mask, didn't ease up on his assault on Yuri. With a fierce glare, he stomped down on Yuri's lower body, crushing his genitalia with ruthless precision. Yuri's kidneys exploded as it was crushed. Then he kept punching Yuri. Each strike was like thunder crashing through the room, echoing with an explosive sound. Adrian's fiery, powerful punches left Yuri's body charred, each blow heavier and more brutal than the last.
"Pooof... poooof... poooofff," the sound of each hit resounded through the room, reverberating with Adrian's pent-up rage. It wasn't long before Tessa signaled Nyala to stop Adrian's unreasonable aggressive stance in the face of a dead man, realizing that his punches had become more of a release of his anger towards Rhemon than anything else. Yuri was already dead, his lifeless body battered beyond recognition.
Nyala stepped in to halt Adrian. He pulled back his fist, barely managing to avoid hitting her.
"Why the hell would you do that?" Adrian shouted, his eyes blazing.
"You're losing it, Adrian... Please, regain your calm," Nyala urged, her heart pounding from the intensity of his fury.
"If I hadn't held back, you would've been incinerated!" Adrian retorted, struggling to control his breathing, his frustration palpable.
"Adrian, look at me," Tessa intervened gently, "Calm down. We'll get to Rhemon, I promise with every fiber of my being."
After a few steadying breaths, Adrian finally composed himself. He stepped outside to cool off, leaving behind Yuri's lifeless form. Outside, the three buddies of Yuri lay dead, taken out by Adrian's initial attack—a single, unleashed punch packed with all the emotions he had bottled up for so long.
Inside, Nelly watched Adrian depart, her initial fear of him gradually subsiding. He looked like a beast who was released for a few seconds by his master and asked to return to his cage after dealing considerable damage.
She took a steadying breath and turned to Tessa, her voice filled with desperation. "Please, Moon Goddess, would you stay close to our neighborhood? We need your help. Rhemon's men are becoming more outrageous. They act however they please, exploiting everyone and forcing us into submission."
She paused, gathering her thoughts. "Food is controlled by Rhemon's men. If you don't support Rhemon, you can't buy food. Even jobs are being monopolized, and people are growing desperate. You're our only hope in this twisted world… Please, help us." Nelly's voice trembled with emotion.
In her eyes, Tessa wasn't just a savior—she was a living deity, a force of nature that had stepped into her life.
Tessa looked at Nelly, her eyes filled with a mixture of empathy and quiet frustration. She took a deep breath, letting Nelly's words sink in. Each sentence felt like a weight pressing down on her shoulders, a reminder of the overwhelming odds stacked against them. Another sigh escaped her lips as she grappled with the reality.
The enormity of Nelly's plea echoed through her mind. If only she had the power Rhemon wielded, if only she was capable of challenging him at his level, things might be different. But as it stood, her strength, though unique, wasn't enough to match his. Rhemon's power was a dark and terrifying force, something that felt almost supernatural—like a demon that had clawed its way up from the depths of hell. And now, he held dominion over earth, manipulating its people and resources as though they were mere pawns in his twisted game.
For a moment, a flicker of doubt crept into Tessa's heart. Could she, with all her limitations, really make a difference? She was no god, and certainly not invincible. Yet she couldn't ignore Nelly's desperate gaze, nor the unspoken pleas of those who looked to her with hope.
Tessa gently placed her hand on Nelly's forehead, her fingers warm and steady against Nelly's skin. A faint, shimmering symbol appeared beneath her touch, glowing with an ethereal light before settling into a delicate mark that pulsed softly, as if alive with a quiet energy.
"This mark," Tessa said softly, meeting Nelly's eyes with a steady gaze, "will protect you in times of danger. If ever you're in trouble, call for me, and I'll come. The mark I've placed will create a barrier that will shield you from harm—it will stop any attack before it reaches you. But remember, it will only protect you three times. After that, its power will fade." Her voice softened, yet her tone was unwavering. "The moment it senses danger, it will alert me, and I'll be by your side before anyone can harm you."
Nelly's eyes widened, her hand instinctively rising to touch the mark on her forehead, feeling a faint warmth radiating from it. There was a newfound glimmer of hope in her expression, a reassurance that hadn't been there before.
With a final, resolute nod, Tessa stepped back. She exchanged a brief look with Nyala and Adrian, and then, in a seamless motion, the three of them were enveloped by a glow that intensified under the moonlight. Their forms became silhouettes against the silvery light, which seemed to wrap around them, growing brighter, until they vanished in a single, graceful blur. The air crackled with the aftershock of their speed, leaving a lingering whisper of the moon's power, and in an instant, they were gone—moving as if on beams of light, disappearing into the night with a velocity that seemed to defy reality itself.
Nelly stood there, touched by awe, her fingers still tracing the faint warmth of the mark on her forehead, her heart swelling with a cautious but unbreakable hope.
