(POV Aoki)
Haah... My life is indeed complicated. If I'm not mistaken, I should be the same age as Kakashi, Obito, and the others.
I guess my life isn't too bad. Oh, I've arrived.
"Tring!"
"Oh, Boss, you come every morning as usual," greeted a woman in her 30s. She was a close friend of my late mother, with long black hair, black eyes, and fair skin, possessing a beautiful and alluring figure.
"That's right, Aunt Nansa. How is it? Are the supplies still enough? Is there any equipment that needs to be bought?" I asked while looking at Nansa.
"Don't worry, there are still plenty of groceries, and the tools are still in good condition," Nansa replied while tidying up the equipment.
"I see, then where is Yonji? Is he late again as usual?" I glanced around, searching for Yonji, one of my employees like Nansa, but Yonji often runs late. Nevertheless, he is a good man and has worked here for two years.
"Well, Yonji hasn't arrived yet. He is indeed a troublesome kid," Nansa said with a small smile before heading to the kitchen.
"Then, remind Yonji not to be late too often. I'm off now, Aunt Nansa." I stepped outside, and I caught a glimpse of Nansa stopping in her tracks, staring at the door as I was about to leave.
"Haish, that kid... Aoki is becoming more like his mother. Hana, do you see your son? On the outside, Aoki looks like an ordinary child, but I know Aoki is hiding something. I hope Aoki is willing to share his thoughts with me," Nansa murmured, her eyes gazing at the sky.
---
Earlier, as I walked away, I heard Nansa mumbling, probably about me. I know she can see that something is wrong with me.
However, I can't reveal my secret. What I'm experiencing is too extraordinary and surely hard to believe. So, I choose to say nothing.
A little while later, I arrived at my father's workplace, which is now where I train my weapon forging skills.
"Hello, Boss!" I called out, seeing my boss talking to someone.

...
...
A man with silvery-white hair stood in front of Aoki. He was tall and sturdy, exuding the aura of a veteran Ninja.
"Oh, Aoki? Come here! Introduce yourself to my old friend. This man is facing some problems, so try to help him, Aoki, by giving him a few words of encouragement," said Aoki's boss, who was a large and muscular man with prominent muscles, long black hair, and a thick beard, giving off a masculine and tough impression.
Aoki followed his boss's command. When Aoki looked at the man more closely, he was instantly shocked. Standing before Aoki was Sakumo Hatake, the father of the future sixth Hokage, Kakashi Hatake. However, Sakumo looked unwell; his face was pale, and his eyes were filled with pressure.
'Is this after the mission that made him choose to save his friend rather than complete the mission? Haish... Should I help Sakumo? But if I do, the story will change. However, isn't a person's life more important than the storyline? Damn, this is starting to stress me out,' Aoki thought as he looked at Sakumo anxiously.
"Hmm... What's wrong, Aoki?" His boss asked, noticing Aoki lost in thought.
"Nothing, it's just... Isn't this uncle a hero of the village? Why does he look so pale?" Aoki asked, his voice full of concern. Those words struck like lightning, causing his boss and Sakumo's eyes to widen.
"Don't feel pressured, Uncle. Completing missions is indeed important, but saving friends is far more important. If failing a mission is considered trash, then someone who abandons their friend is much worse than trash," Aoki said with a serious expression, his eyes looking at Sakumo with deep conviction.
