Zachary staggered back in disbelief, unable to accept that his father was really going to harm him.

"Which hand of yours touched Rosemary?"

Zachary's voice trembled as he watched his father approach step by step.

"Dad, I won't do it again."

"I asked— which hand touched Rosemary?"

"Dad!" Zachary trembled in fear, tears streaming down his face.

Soon after, a scream echoed from the garden.

Romeo covered Rosemary's eyes, speaking softly.

"Don't look."

The sight was too bloody.

Rosemary moved his hand away, seeing Zachary's hand bleeding.

Although the tendon was not cut, a long scar was left on his arm. Ordinary doctors probably couldn't help; he might be scarred for life.

Mr. Panter, ignoring his son's pain, bent over and asked Romeo, "Mr. McMillian, are you satisfied with this outcome?"

Seeing his humble demeanor, Romeo's voice remained cold.
