The reaction was immediate as the egg pulsed with light. A faint smile tugged at Leo's lips as he watched it glow brightly, fully healed by his touch. When the surrounding monsters saw this, they backed off.
This confused him as he stood there staring at them while thinking, 'What are they up to?'
A chittering noise echoed out as the creatures looked bewildered. Leo glanced at them, but they parted ways, which confused him. He started following the path they were creating instead of attacking him.
'Seems like the queen has said something to them,' he mused while walking down the dark tunnel.
There was fungi that lit the way, but he couldn't miss the termites going about their business as they ignored him. Leo was curious, and it took another half hour of walking until he reached a massive chamber.
