D.I.C.E has more than Curse Manipulation and Sin Manipulation, She has the ability called. "D.I.C.E". An ability that rolls a dice until it gets the perfect 6. This ability makes sure your chances of winning in anything, is 100%.

Her other ability is called Decay, an ability that allows him to touch anything and make it decay. This ability is on a planetary level.
But her name is a different thing, it means "Demon In The Cold". Or, "Heathen Child". As in this world, Gambling and other types of gambling items or things; are categorized into heathens.
He has long black hair, and red eyes. Dismembered hands grabbing her arms, 2 on each side; she has a huge gash across her chest and mouth, she has sharp teeth and dilated small pupils.
She has rotted skin stitched to his body(Arms, Jaw, Under Patches of the eye, hands, ankles, thighs.). He is a slim guy and has sharp features.
He is also an Immortal exiled angel of God. He loves to watch as religions crumble when he kills their god, but this also gives him questions on who he is.
