The next morning, Love left Captain Hunter sleeping peacefully as she silently dressed, tying her hair back and fixing the black mask back into place before stepping out into the makeshift camp.
She stifled a yawn as she made her way over to the group, drawn by the smell of breakfast cooking slowly over the fire as they conversed in low voices. She still felt a hint of exhaustion from her restless night, but this sensation was more calming than the deep and painful fatigue she would experience after a night of terrible dreams.
"Oh Love, you're up!" Elora jumped up to make space and pulled another chair in front of the fire, before she froze frowning towards the shelter that Love had just exited.
Love gracelessly flopped down into the chair stretching her legs out in front of her as she yawned behind her mask.
"Err - wait. Did you - did you just come out of the Captain's room?" Elora asked, her eyebrows knitted together in confusion.
