I practiced the energy wave technique for a while, just blasting dirt and dust around. Then to test my ability to blow enemies away with it, my mom stood in front of it.
I blasted her about 100 meters away with the energy wave. Much farther than the force palm, but I assumed my enemies would receive less damage from it because the force was spread out in such a wide arc.
I was spending a lot of Vi, but I didn't really have to worry about that since I still had around 80,000,000 life essence from the dragon fight. If you haven't figured out by now, that's a lot of life essence.
And life essence to Vi isn't a one to one ratio. You get 10 units of Vi out of every unit of life essence. So that's a lot of Vi.
