At People's Park.
Nathaniel is sitting on a bench with Anna sitting beside him. There are few people around them, walking everywhere.
"Why do you insist on making me join your group?" Nathaniel asked.
"Because I need additional power to help me in defending humans." Anna looked at him with a pleading look.
She says with determination in her voice while narrowing her eyes. "Nathaniel, I beg you! My powers alone will not be able to handle them."
With a final shake of his head, he stands up while she remains looking at him.
"I told you my reason already."
He begins to walk away but a warm feeling covers his hand, and he turns around only to witness Anna holding his hand with a firm grasp.
Anna pleads, "I beg you, I need your help."
Nathaniel looks at her and her hand, and he feels the hair on his skin rise.
"Eek!" he pulled his hand from her grasp.
"Stop being touchy!" Nathaniel held his right hand.
A faint red hue appears on her cheek while scratching her cheek, and she clears her throat. "Please, reconsider your answer."
"I don't want to sacrifice my life just to protect them! Humans evolve! Science is powerful!" he punched his right palm with his left fist, "I am sure that they will build a weapon that is powerful enough to defend mankind!"
Anna sighs, and she lowers her head. "You are insane. This is not a sci-fi thing where humans will build something to defend against monsters."
"You haven't seen what the warriors fought against! You are so full of senseless objections," she narrowed her eyes at him, "It seems that I will not be able to persuade you of your decision. So, if you change your mind, come to this place immediately!"
Staring at the blue sky, she proceeds to walk to her destination after remembering her conversation with Nathaniel.
She inhales deeply, and her lips curve downward. "I hope he'll change his mind, it's the only thing that I can hope for."
Later on, inside a fast food chain, Anna is sitting on an empty chair facing a round table.
Her ears perk up, and in front of her, a woman sits on the other chair across from her, and she puts a folder on the table.
"Is this all?" Anna asked.
She nods immediately at her question, and she points at the folder. "That folder contains all of the data you are looking for."
On the wall, a pair of eyes blink as both women continue their conversation. Anna nods at the woman sitting across her, and she tells Anna. "Anna, be careful."
With a nod, she turns around to walk towards the door. Her eyes remain fixated on her path as she pushes the door, and the hot climate welcomes her once again.
From above, humanoid werewolves land on the road. Their muscles are throbbing while saliva is dripping through the tiny gap between their sharp canine teeth.
Their yellow eyes are fixated on Anna while they're growling. The people who are witnessing them scramble in different directions, and Anna does the same.
"I need to lead them out of here!" she clenched her hands.
She continues to move at full speed, and she suddenly jumps away as a being from above lands right in front of her.
"Shit!" she twirled in mid-air before landing on the ground.
Quickly, she generates green energy behind her hands, forming a round shield. She covers her head with her shield, and the being in front of her slams its large white forearm against the barrier.
Anna molds her shields to blades, and she slices the beast in half. Her ears perk up and she turns around, quickly, firing multiple green bullets from her index fingers.
The bullets pierce through the flesh of the incoming large humanoid wolves. Anna turns in another direction and scrambles away.
Multiple large wolf humanoids land on the ground, blocking her path. One of them grabs a nearby woman, and she is screaming while seeing the wolf opening its jaw; its snout opening widely as his cheeks are tearing apart.
Green energy discs fly and pierce through the flesh of the wolf's neck, and his fingers open allowing the woman to land on the ground.
The innocent woman runs away as Anna flies above the remaining wolves. She narrows her eyes at them as her brows meet. She throws multiple green daggers at them; its tip inflates and the daggers burst apart which kills the wolves.
Anna lands on the ground, and she turns around only to get welcomed by the sight of a larger wolf humanoid.
She generates a green shield but gets wrecked by a single punch from the humanoid, the impact of the punch sending her away yet she remains standing while being pushed back by the impact.
She falls to her knee and glares at him. "I can't believe that happened."
The humanoid laughs and he puts on a serious expression. "Beside you."
Anna turns her head beside her and constructs a green long sword between her hands.
She swings her sword at the incoming hardened blood spears, cutting them in half but her neck gets grabbed by the humanoid.
"Such a skill you got there!" he laughed.
He slams her on the ground and tosses her away but Anna covers her feet with green energy to make herself levitate.
She looks at him with narrowing eyes and clenched hands. "I am warning you, surrender yourself before I kill you like what I did to your kind."
"Oh, them?" the humanoid looked around him, seeing the dead wolves, "They are nothing but my instruments."
"Who are you?" she asked while giving the humanoid a stare of too much anger.
"I am the Fang that will bring mankind to an end," the humanoid said.
"Fang? I heard that name before," Anna's green eyes shone, "you are the murderer of innocent kids and teenagers since the era when monsters existed!"
She cracks her knuckles, giving him a determined fierce look, she aims her sword at him. "My ancestor thought you and your comrades died but I guess this chance allowed me to put an end to your life."
"Interesting." Fang chuckled.
Then, both of them attack each other once again, and Anna covers her fists in her psychic energy, punching Fang in his chest, waist, and chin which pushes him backward.
"Not bad!" Fang stepped aside from her punch.
He strikes her with his tail, and she rolls on the ground. She opens her eyes and stands up but her abdomen gets multiple kicks from him which sends her crashing into the wall of the nearby building.
He laughs and raises his hand, catching her neck. "You're strong."
He tosses her away and her body radiates a green color until she dissipates. A green rope binds around his body, and Anna is running from the other side.
"Hey!"
Between her hands, she creates a green sword, and she slices his neck. His head flies from his body as he falls to the ground with blood oozing from his neck.
"At last." she inhaled deeply as a smile crawled on her lips.
Her ears perked up and her waist got kicked by another humanoid, and he grabbed her face and slammed her onto the ground.
"Are you his rival?!" he raised Anna.
"Or are you just a clown?" he chuckled.
With a swing of her hand, she let out a green spear, piercing into the eye of the humanoid.
"You thought you could kill me?" the humanoid spoke while giving her a mocking look, "I am Fang, a bringer of chaos! I am endless!"
She looks around her, multiple humanoid wolves are coming out from the shadows with their sharp canine teeth showing in their wide smile.
All of them roar, "We are one! We are Fang!"
At People's Park.
A young man halts in front of a bench and looks around him. "Where's Anna?!"
A speck of dust manifests in front of him; twirling in circles while slowly taking the form of an old man.
"Gramps!" he said to the old man.
"We might know where Anna is," Stone twirled dust on his left palm.
Back at the battlefield, Anna is coughing from Fang's grasp. She is tapping his hands while groaning.
"Let me go!" Anna yelled.
Fang licks his canine teeth with his long tongue. "Why would I let go of my meal?"
His eyes wander around, and they fixate on a spark in the sky. The spark turns out to be a fireball, and it lands on the other humanoids; crashing and incinerating them with its impact.
The fire twirls into a tiny fireball and floats on the palm of the young man standing calmly.
"It's you!" Fang chuckled. He remembers the young man clear as a day, and those who give him a challenging fight don't leave his mind. He always remembers them and craves how they land blows on his body.
"I'll finish what I haven't finished," he raised his head, his red eyes staring straight into his eyes, "I'll kill you."
Wolf humanoids surround Nathaniel, their eyes gazing at him like a predator to its prey. Fire sparks on the blade of his sword leaving massive fire lingering on it.
All wolf humanoids speak, their voice is all the same along with their own words. "You will die, warrior! Your blood will shed this road!"
Nathaniel glares at them, and he looks at each one of them with determination burning inside him. With a deep breath, he swings his sword and the flames extend towards the humanoids, its flames burning through their flesh.
Nathaniel wipes the wolf humanoid's blood on his cheek. "Let's see whose blood will cover the ground!"
