"Princess, you have a message," Carly called to Maryam, who stood inside her messed up bathroom, with her bathrobe dragging through the foams that had overflowed onto the floor.
"Tell them to hold off; I will be out in a second, "Maryam's voice called back, as she turned back to look at the mess she had created in the bathroom.
She wanted to clean everything up; she really wanted to, but as Carly would say, she would only mess it up more; she didn't want to give her any more problems than she already had, but it seems she kept doing that.
Maryam sighed as she went to stand before the mirror; at least Carly was no more jumpy; it had been worse the following week after they had tried to get into Jamal's den, and she had blamed herself repeatedly for it.
