The class teacher cleared his throat and called the class to attention as he rounded off the topic for that week. And what usually followed was a test. Milo just arrived and could only glimpse at what the class teacher taught the class before cleaning the board and writing test.
The students groaned in protest as they were having test immediately after having the class. He did'nt even give them some time to digest what he just taught them. He passed on the test sheets he had already prepared to everyone , including Milo and the girl behind him.

After 15 minutes , the class teacher collected the test sheets from the students who grudingly gave it out. He gave them their scores and left the immediately to teach another one.

Milo looked at the test sheets in his hand and and saw A+, he didn't spare it another glance before neatly arranging it in between some books that were in his bag. ' They will have their use in the future' he thought to himself. The girl that sat behind him walked to the front of the of the class to trash something. He also saw A+ on the her test sheet and was a bit surprised to see that. But the surprise only lasted for a few moments before he soon lost interest.
She stopped in front of him and said ''A+, what about you''she was awaiting an answer from him. He looked up to her eyes and saw that it was also silver. ''Same'' was all he said and she gave him a curt nod before going back to her seat.
All through , the whole class just stared at them before one girl broke the silence and said '' What is this all about''. Milo was in no mood to talk and just faced the window at his left side and stared at the grass. Lost in his own thoughts.
The girl seeing that Milo didn't say anything concerning the matter , she also kept siulent and put on headphones and put her head on the desk. The whole class just stayed in silence for a few seconds before things continued as normal. Girls teasing each other and giggling about secret things , whispering to each other while the boys just grouped up and spoke about stuff they all had in common.
it was Milo and the girl that kept to themselves and found something other than socializing to keep themselves busy.

Throughout the whole day , Milo could not focuson school as he kept on smelling the spirit . He could not believe that he could smell it throughout the whole town . Then it must be of a higher level than he thought.
During gym class, he didn't even change out of his clothes as he stood at the far end of the court, he threw the basketball absentmindedly. It went throught the the basket , bounced on the ground and then landed in his palm. He kept doing the same thing for a while as everyone just stare at him. They were already used to his weirdness and some people just sat down on the quad and watched him throw a basket , again and agan and again, over and over until his wrist started to hurt him and he had decided it was enough. He had quitted gym for the day.
As he was walking towards the exit, he heard an applause from the other side of the court. The girl sat down thee clapping while blowing gum and wearing headphones.
'Weirdo 'he said inwardly as he made his way out of the gym. Immediately , everyone rushed for the ball and gym continued as usual. As soon as Milo left the girl packed up her things and stood up to follow Milo.
Immediately the bell rung for school , Milo carried his bag and left the school . He would make sure to kill that demon today at all costs. It had been disturbing him since morning and he also wanted to know where it came from the crack could not be that strong and that wide to let out a spirit of its rank.
He ran to the cemetery , his speed fast enough to rival that of a car. He got there in less than five minutes. He walked at a normal pace in the cemetery , they were lots of spirits that he could see wandering around. They all had grave looks on their faces as they moured their own deaths. Also the spirit that gave off the pungent smell was not here. He was just here to check the crack and see if it had expanded more than it should have.
He reached two familiar gravestones and stared at them for a long time with his hands in his pocket.He soon left that site and walked deeper into the reaches of the cemetery where his body suddenly fell limp ......, and his breathing slowed to a stop . Even his heart stopped beating and his brain stopped functioning.
