John and Cyrus enter the Commander's Office with Azure where they see a man waiting for them. He was an elderly man with long gray hair, He had light-color skin with dark green eyes. He wore a dark gray robe with matching pants that made him look like a samurai. But John knew this man as he was related to him as they stood before Joesph Ripply, who was in his prime the World's Greatest Swordsman right next to Robert Alistair.
"Well, I did not expect two surprises today an old friend and my grandson," said Joesph.
"Indeed, I should have known it was you when I saw the gate," said John.
"Come sit down and enjoy some tea I have prepared," said Joesph.
They all go to the table and sit down.
"Sadly, Grandfather. We have come to give you an important letter from Nightingale," said John.
He reaches into his pocket and hands him the letter that Nightingale has written, and Joesph reads it.
"I see, thank you for risking your lives in order to give me this," said Joesph.
He reaches into his pocket and gets a small gem-like object, and he places his right index finger on it.
"Attention, all celestial knights. As of this moment as ordered by Nightingale we all must not listen to Chaos' orders as he knows is our enemy and for those boys who are trying to fight to reach me, I must commend your bravery as you are willing to stand your ground against us, but let us join in for the fight against Chaos," said Joesph.
Judas and Chaos stood across from each other as they heard Joesph's announcement.
"It seems you're plans have failed," said Judas.
"Well, that just means I can now give up my charade and kill all of you," said Chaos. "And you will be the first to go."
"Give it your best shot," said Judas.
Chaos sticks out his right index finger and fires a black beam at Judas. Judas used Ultima which he used to block that attack. Judas would fly back a bit but would still be on his feet. But that attack made some of Ultima's Petals fall off onto the ground. The Petals fly up and start to shoot beams out at Chaos. Chaos would create a magical barrier to protect himself from Judas' attacks.
"Damn," said Judas.
Chaos flicks his right index finger which was a small attack that hit Judas that hit him into one of The Yggdrasil's roots sticking out of the ground. Judas tries to get up but sees Chaos appear right in front of him and blasts him with a purple magic blast which sends Judas right through the root. Judas lands on the ground with his suit all ripped up and torn from the blast.
"Give up yet?" asked Chaos.
Judas gets up using Ultima as a crutch.
"You kidding right," said Judas with a smirk.
"Good, now die," said Chaos.
But before he could use his next attack, he saw ice shards flying at him and he dodged and looked at where they came from and saw Lizius.
"Finally, some backup," said Judas.
"Yes, let us fight together," said Lizius.
Chaos looks up and sees Ion trying to plunge attack him with Gaia in her battle axe form. He teleports out of the way which makes Ion miss his attack.
"Damn it," said Chaos. "More ants to join this fight."
He turns to see what looks like a gust of wind coming towards him and he blocks it with a magic barrier. He saw John join the fight as well.
"We outnumber you now," said John. "It's time you surrender."
"As if you could harm me even if was a million to one," said Chaos.
"Confident, are we? You are probably looking at the four best Esper users of our era," said Judas.
"You feel like dying so bad then come and I shall give you oblivion," said Chaos.
They all get ready and charge with their weapons at the ready, but Chaos lets out a huge energy wave that knocks them all back. Chaos would fire a laser from his right index finger which impaled Judas in the left side of his chest just barely missing his heart. Judas falls from that attack.
"Damn it," said John.
He goes in a swings his sword at Chaos who floats up to dodge and flicks his right finger at John which knocks him back. Chaos felt his feet freezing and he saw ice froze over his legs. Ion tries to take him out by aiming to cut his head off. But Chaos freezes him in the air with telekinesis.
"The hell?" questioned Ion.
Chaos flings him into a nearby root. Chaos uses his left hand and flicks a small attack at Lizius which makes him fall back.
"Damn, he was able to take us all down," said John.
"I think I am done playing these games," said Chaos.
But before Chaos could decide what he did next, he saw something above flying towards him, a giant bird made of fire that landed right in front of him and when the flames disappeared, he saw Rize.
"Well, another ant that is ready to be squashed," said Chaos.
"So, you must be Chaos," said Rize.
