Kongzhi looked at him confused "what?" she looks at Lixin and smirk "I didn't know you swing for both sides?"
Yichan shake his head in annoying way
The lady smiled genuinely; she asked in curiosity "Are you jealous?" but all what she got is Yichan looking away, thinking he doesn't want to say so she nodded looking at Lixin who moved down and take out a box from behind that bar and put it on it, opening it.
Yichan stands along with Kongzhi going near the bar where the box was, he looks inside to see the white capsules, he moves his arm and took one, that when Kongzhi touched his arm asking...
"I remember you never wanted to have your second shot! What happened?"
"Critical moment!"
Kongzhi nodded "then how about no money but a favour instead?"
Yichan look at her silently when she got closer whispering something in his ears, then went down to his cheek giving him a kiss. He raised an eyebrow looking at her, he looks at the drugs then at Lixin "okay!"
"Then it's a deal" she said looking at Lixin who walked around the bar carrying the box and stand near Yichan "I will give you 5 minutes and let him out of my control. can you deal with him?!"
"I can manage" he replied leaving that place after he said his goodbyes

Back to the car, Yichan starts driving away with Lixin siting with the drug-box in his lap in silent, not more than 5 minutes passed when he heard an inhale and a movement coming from the one next to him, he glimpses at his right and saw Lixin finally moving with his free well!
"Are you okay?" he asked
"em..." Lixin said as confirmation while nodding but his head felt dizzy
"You may feel little dizzy, just close your eyes for few minutes and you will be fine" Yichan said, he got no reply but Lixin did listen to his words closing his eyes resting his head on the car seat.
"How come you were there?" Lixin asks still closing his eyes and resting
"I got told Kongzhi came back, I knew she would do tricks, so I went there" Yichan did explain
"You have a past with her?"
"2 years ago, I was in her gang"
"You sure did a lot in your life" Lixin said little in sarcasm
"Still, how come you went alone with the white drugs?"
"I wasn't alone, she got us by a greeting hand shake then all I could do was listening to her, she ordered the others to leave and inform that we sold the goods"
Yichan nodded understanding it
"What was the favor she wanted from you?" Lixin asked this time opening his eyes and looking at him
Yichan laughed awkwardly "Hehe...whatever she wanted I won't do it, all I wanted was to take you out of there with no problems, she is one of the few people who knows I can use JUST teleportation as it is the first ability I occurred" Yichan said taking his seatbelt off and star removing his jacket while still driving
"So, she thinks you are one of the second type who keep the same ability after taking the other shots!"
"I prefer she believes that" he gave him his jacket "I really don't want attention since she just came from the south! By the way I will leave you near the port"
Lixin accepted the jacket, putting the box in the back seat, taking off the stupid apron, and wear the jacket closing it while asking "what about you?"
Yichan smiled gesturing with his hand as he is going to have a drink "the east has the best bars!"
Lixin shakes his head looking away "whatever, just be at the NCPD tomorrow at 10 for reporting! The higher ups will be there too I want them to see you cooperating with us"
"I am cooperating am I not?!"
"This is different, you need to be there by 10"
Yichan nodded seeing him insisting "I will don't worry!"
--Next day—09:38 --NCPD: New City Police Department--
Yichan stops in front of the police station with his motorcycle, taking off the helmet he looks at the building, huffing, thinking 'what exactly is he doing? which side is he now?'...
"You, Liu Yichan"
He turns open hearing his full name been called, seeing Fanqia coming and standing near him he said a "hello!"
"You are here early, the meeting will be in another location, come"
She pointed to a car and Yichan look at it seeing that chief who hates him in the driver seat "I prefer to...wait for Lixin"
"COME FAST I DON'T WANT TO BE LATE"
The two heard that chief screaming and Fanqia just shrugs with "let's go! Lixin probably went from his home, and you can't enter the other location alone"
Yichan saw her walking away, he looks left and right, thinking he doesn't have another choice he did follow her, getting in the back seat of that car when the chief drives away.

The time was 09:53 when Lixin arrived at the meeting room, he went inside looking at who was there, and bow in respect for the two guests they have, the commissioner-general and his deputy
"Sir, this is Lixin the one who is in charge of the case"
Lixin heard the Chief assistance giving the introduction, so he asked "Is the chief running late?"
"He is on a mission" the chief assistance replied and Lixin nodded sitting
"Actually..." the commissioner-general spoke "I sent your chief to take the Vi5-user for some tests"
"What?" Lixin had a second to understand the words, he did stand with little anger "are you serious?"
"We take a very good look on the footage of the incident of Zhang Haoyu, did you know that V-user is using more than 1 ability?"
Lixin confirmed it "yes I did!"
The commissioner-general add "And you do know that itself is an abnormally! For the last 10 years no one ever used more than one ability!!"
"But sir…"
"That kid is dangerous, and you brought him in here"
"That is not the point..." Lixin wanted to defend but the general cut him off again
"You know the law, and you already break it"
"To take down every user whatever their cases! What did that law do in the past 10 years? Make them multiply!"
The general definitely didn't like the words "if you are against it, as a detective, you better step down"
"Are you serious?" Lixin said in anger
"The law goes on everyone, you are no special to go against it" the general said with a calm irritating voice
That when Lixin nod his head in disbelieve while taking his badge throwing it on the table and going outside of that meeting room, taking his phone he dials Yichan number but it was turned off "damn it!"
"Lixin!"
Lixin heard his name been called, he turned to see the Deputy coming to him, he stopped with "what?"
"You didn't even argue more" the Deputy said little amazed
"I should stop the chief first I will argue later"
"Son!" the deputy said "are you willing to go against the commissioner for that kid?"
"He did nothing wrong" Lixin steps closer to the deputy "I brought him here, I know!"
"You know also if he turned against us, he can be invincible" the deputy huffs
"He..." Lixin shake his head "not if we make him! Dad he was my junior I know him before everything starts, just trust me on this one!"
The deputy huffs in defeat giving Lixin his badge "I do trust your sense, somehow you are always right, okay I will talk to the commissioner, but that means I will take the full responsibility if anything wrong happens"
Lixin smiled nodding "don't worry, but where did the hell did the chief take him? He doesn't answer"
The deputy answered "we thought that the only place can deal with his power is the west-labs"
Lixin nodded, running out of there and the Deputy yells a "let have dinner in your house tonight" smiling yet taking a deep breath with "kids are tiring"

Yichan who knows the entrance of the place raise an eyebrow asking "why are we in the west?"
"It is under the police now" Fanqia said "as we will needs the west tech, we decide to see the options we have here to make the perfect plan" she lied
Yichan nodded looking at his phone but somehow it was out of service, he looks out of the window to see the place he once hates, and he still hates till now getting near "Are we going to the west-TechNet?"
"You know the place?" Fanqia asked little surprised
"I did, once" Yichan said, and after sometime the car was passing by a gate getting in a huge square there, revealing the hug building with a bold writing of 'the west-TechNet' thinking of Lixin words before, the one in charge now was someone different, yet someone he also knew!
"Let's move" the chief finally spoked when he stopped the car and went down, Yichan and Fanqia did follow him, walking behind him till they were inside the building and waiting for the lift up.
Yichan looks around seeing the place is full of guards, mumbling with himself 'nothing changes even if it been years' the elevator arrived and the three get in, he saw the chief pushed the button 6 and in seconds they were at that floor.
Yichan does remember this place as his name, why? Because he spent a full 3 years inside of this building, he saw some familiar faces of researchers and nurses, still walking around, and they gave him a very different look, some even stopped shocked when they recognize him.
"Why they are acting like they are seeing a ghost?" Fanqia said looking at Yichan who look at her and look down
Inside that floor there was a glassy room with a small meeting table, Yichan definitely doesn't remember this one was here, he and Fanqia went inside while the chief acted like he is having a phone call and walked away.
"No one arrived yet, wait here let me check with the chief"
Yichan nodded to what Fanqia said, taking out his phone to see if it still out of signal, and it was. He saw Fanqia leaving the glassy room closing the door, and at that exactly moment he heard a buzzing sound.
"Aagh!" Yichan take out a small scream of pain, trying to close his ears but what happened to the room let him ignore the sound, and saw how it was now all surrounded by some sort of red Laser like a curtain, and some iron bars went fast down surrounding that room from outside like a prison, he looks at the two outside who were looking back at him. "What the hell..." he stopped looking at his watch, but somehow it got turned off.
"Liu Yichan, what a reunion"
Yichan heard from a speaker hanging up in the ceiling inside the room, the room must be a soundproof, so those outside wont hear this buzzing sound.
he turn to the other side and saw the doctor that Lixin showed him his picture before, Who he does know by "Mr. Han!"
"You still remember me!" the one named Mr. Han gets closer "I would never though you will come back here with your own feet"
"Come back here?" the chief interrupted
"Yes, Yichan was one of the lab-rats of the old doctor, he lived here for 5 years but sadly he suddenly disappeared"
Hearing that Yichan did felt angry he wanted to use his abilities to break out of there but it didn't work "what..." he looks surprised at his hands "I can't..."
"don't try, this room, I specially made for V-users, it deactivate everything!" Mr. Han proudly explain "the truth to be told, when the police said there is someone who uses more than one ability I was amazed, but seeing you it means..."
Yichan pressed his fist in anger knowing what he was going to say...
"...The doctor test subject succeeded"
Fanqia looked at the chief in a very confused face "test subject??"
"Please take care of it from here" the chief cut her
"of course, I will be running some tests, and...didn't you miss the old days Yichan?"
Yichan was seeing all red at this point, he takes a chair from that table and throw it on that wall scream "I WILL KILL ALL OF YOU" The chair hitting that red Lazed got half damaged and burned in a second yet from the anger Yichan take another one and throw it again and again...
Fanqia did step back and Mr. Han spoke "don't worry, he won't be able to reach the glass not even the bars! he is a normal human now"
"Fanqia, let's go" The chief said and walked away Fanqia followed yet did turn to take a last look of how crazy Yichan went inside that small space.
Breathing fast with anger, Yichan was now looking with death glare at Mr. Han
"Look at you, a raging dog! Making a mess everywhere" he smiled "you feel betrayed?"
Yes, he does, Yichan does feel betrayed for the second time in his life...
he hates himself for trusting people...trusting the police…
"I miss the days when you were so obedient" the doctor smirk "not…moving…at all..."
