Chapter 27: Duel Of Fate
Yun-ho and Marcus faced off in the center of the weapons hall. The air was thick with tension as they circled each other, their eyes locked.
Marcus lunged first, his sword flashing in the light. Yun-ho parried the attack, his movements fluid and precise. The clash of steel echoed through the hall.
The duel raged on, the two warriors exchanging blows with blinding speed. Yun-ho's sword seemed to dance in his hand, his movements graceful and deadly.
Marcus was a formidable opponent, his strength and skill undeniable. But Yun-ho had the advantage of experience and intuition. He had trained for countless hours, honing his skills until they were second nature.
As the duel wore on, Marcus began to tire. His movements became slower, his attacks less precise. Yun-ho seized his opportunity, striking with a devastating blow.
Marcus stumbled back, his sword clattering to the ground. He looked up at Yun-ho, his eyes filled with defeat.
"You're good," he muttered.
Yun-ho nodded. "Thanks."
As Marcus walked away, Yun-ho couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. He had won the duel, and he had done so with ease.
But as he turned to leave the weapons hall, Yun-ho felt a strange sensation. It was as if something was watching him, a presence lurking in the shadows.
He turned to look around, but there was no one there. The hall was empty, save for him and his friends.
A chill ran down his spine. He had a feeling that the darkness was still watching, its eyes fixed on him. And he knew that the battle was far from over.
