As the day began fading into dusk, the crowd watched with wide eyes, whispering excitedly as the final battle between Goku and Grandpa Gohan continued with unmatched ferocity. Neither fighter showed signs of backing down, their auras lighting up the tournament stage with intense bursts of power. Goku, though younger and smaller, matched every move Grandpa Gohan made, their techniques colliding and sending waves of energy into the audience, who gasped, ducked, and occasionally spilled their snacks in surprise.
However, while the crowd was focused on the fighters, Goku noticed something far more intriguing—a faint silver glimmer on the horizon. The full moon was beginning to rise, and Goku knew exactly what that meant. Goku plan was to use it to give Grandpa Gohan one unforgettable final clash.
Goku turned to Grandpa Gohan with a mischievous grin, wiping away a trickle of sweat as he tried to suppress his excitement. "Grandpa, how about we make things a bit more... interesting?"
Gohan raised an eyebrow, chuckling. "Oh? And here I thought you were already giving it your all, my boy!"
Goku laughed, scratching the back of his head. "You know, Grandpa, there's a part of me you haven't seen yet. Let me show you!" Goku closed his eyes, focusing his energy as he looked directly at the rising moon. Within seconds, his muscles began expanding, his body stretching taller and bulkier, covered in coarse fur. The crowd gasped in shock as they saw Goku transform into a towering, yet calm, Oozaru. The announcer's microphone clattered to the floor, and he scrambled away, yelling, "Ladies and gentlemen, I think we may need a bigger stage!"
Grandpa Gohan blinked, momentarily stunned, but then his shock turned to pride. "So you've tamed the beast within, huh, Goku? This is incredible!" Without missing a beat, Gohan jumped back, gathering his energy, fully ready to test Goku's newfound abilities.
Goku, now the massive Oozaru, beamed (as much as a great ape could) and said, his voice booming, "Don't hold back, Grandpa!"
The two launched into another round, with Goku's giant fists slamming down where Gohan had been just a second before, the floor of the arena cracking under the sheer force. Despite his size, Goku retained his agility, each movement precise. He wasn't just a rampaging Oozaru; he was an Oozaru martial artist.
Master Roshi, watching from the sidelines, shook his head in disbelief. "Just when you think you've seen it all, the kid turns into a furry mountain! Remind me to retire... again."
Krillin gulped, feeling the wind from one of Goku's massive punches even from the sidelines. "How is that fair? I thought we were just trying to win the tournament, not stomp it into the ground!"
Bulma, always ready for excitement, whipped out her camera, snapping pictures. "Krillin, this is historic! Plus, it's going to look amazing on the front page of Scientific Wonder!"
Meanwhile, King Chappa and other masters stared in shock, struggling to comprehend the speed and power the two fighters displayed. One of the spectators muttered, "I came here to see martial arts, not a monster movie!"
On the battlefield, Grandpa Gohan was relentless, moving swiftly and using the afterimage technique to make himself appear in multiple spots around Goku. The giant ape form usually lacked agility, but Goku's training had erased that flaw. With a carefully placed punch, he managed to land a hit on one of Gohan's afterimages, causing it to flicker out as the real Gohan dodged just in time.
As the moon climbed higher, Gohan noticed Goku's control was waning slightly; his usual playful, focused gaze was starting to look wild. Gohan realized that the full moon's influence was taking a toll on his young grandson. Gohan clenched his fists, pushing through his own fatigue.
The crowd cheered, caught up in the spectacle of two generations fighting with every ounce of strength and skill they had. As the two warriors clashed one last time under the full moon, the arena was filled with flashes of light, dust, and energy waves that sent the spectators leaning back in their seats.
Then, with a steely resolve, Gohan looked up at the rising moon. "Goku, I can't let you stay in that form," he muttered to himself, focusing his energy. With a powerful leap and an outstretched hand, Gohan unleashed a massive wave of ki at the full moon, shattering it into brilliant fragments across the sky.
As the moon's light vanished, Goku's towering Oozaru form began to shrink, his fur disappearing until he returned to his usual, childlike self. Goku wobbled slightly, looking up at Gohan with a smirk. "You really know how to end a fight, Grandpa!"
Gohan chuckled, reaching out to steady him. "It's just one more lesson for you: sometimes, power has to be controlled...or, in this case, blown to pieces!"
Gohan just push Goku outside the ring. Goku physical body is completely exhausted afterall he is now still a kid.
The crowd, initially stunned, erupted into deafening cheers and applause, fully realizing the epic spectacle they'd just witnessed. The announcer finally regained his voice and rushed back to the microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen, I think it's safe to say we've just witnessed the most legendary match in martial arts history! Let's give it up for Goku and his incredible grandfather, Gohan!"
Goku glanced around, grinning, as he raised his fist in triumph. "Thanks for the great match, Grandpa! Next time, I'll definitely beat you without you having to blow up the moon."
