**Chapter 2: Epetuti, the Wise Knight**
As the sun began its descent, casting golden hues across the kingdom of Ky, Pyhy sat alone, his spirits as low as the shadows stretching before him. He gazed at the dust swirling in the late afternoon light, pondering his future and the seemingly insurmountable obstacles he faced. It was at this moment that Epetuti, the wise and revered knight of Ky, noticed the solitary figure of the young dreamer.
Epetuti, known throughout the realm for his wisdom and the burn scars that marked his face, approached Pyhy with a gentle curiosity. "Boy, what are you doing here at this late hour?" he asked, his voice carrying the weight of countless battles and years of experience.
Startled, Pyhy looked up to see the legendary knight standing before him. "Sir Epetuti, it's an honor to meet you," he stammered, awe-struck by the presence of another esteemed figure of the kingdom.
Epetuti smiled warmly, nodding in acknowledgment. "The honor is mutual, my boy, but you still haven't answered my question."
With a heavy heart, Pyhy explained, "I enlisted in King Opych's Royal Knight Tournament, but I have no training with swords. I asked Lyka, the village leader and the king's right hand, to train me, but she refused. She said I'm a disgrace and that training me would tarnish her honor before the king."
Epetuti listened intently, his wise eyes studying the young man before him. As Pyhy concluded, he added, "I suppose it's best if I just give up."
To Pyhy's surprise, Epetuti chuckled softly. "I will train you, young Pyhy," Epetuti declared with conviction. "Lyka is my daughter, proud as she is. I trained her before she became the village leader and the king's right hand. Unfortunately, she's too proud to realize that she owes much of her success to the training I provided. You, however, are different."
Epetuti's words were like a balm to Pyhy's wounded spirit. The legendary knight's offer ignited a spark of hope within him. Under Epetuti's guidance, Pyhy saw a path forward, one where he could learn and grow beyond his fears. Grateful and inspired, Pyhy knew that this was the beginning of a new chapter in his quest to become a knight, armed not only with the skills he would learn but with the wisdom of the kingdom's most esteemed mentor.
