How to make him access his demonic powers. How to make him kill everything. I would kill that human girl he cares about. Sure, Yuko may be upset. But if he tries to stir controversy I'll just kill him too. Once Miko finds the corpses of his friends, his grief should allow more than enough of a pathway for the system to take over.
