Chapter 3 - CHAPTER 3 : Moonlit Flight

Aria's heart still raced from the confrontation with Kaelin. Elijah's words echoed in her mind: "We're bound by fate."

As they walked through the manor's corridors, Aria noticed strange symbols etched into the walls. Elijah followed her gaze.

"Protection spells," he explained. "To keep the darkness out."

But Aria sensed more to the story. "What secrets are you hiding, Elijah?"

Elijah's expression turned enigmatic. "Some secrets are better left unspoken."

Aria's curiosity was piqued. She was determined to uncover the truth.

As they approached a door hidden behind a tapestry, Elijah hesitated. "Aria, I must warn you... what lies beyond this door may change everything."

Aria steeled herself. "I'm ready."

Elijah opened the door, revealing a room shrouded in shadows. Aria stepped inside, her heart pounding in anticipation.

And that's when she saw it – an ancient artifact that made her blood run

Aria's eyes widened as she approached the artifact – a ancient-looking book bound in black leather.

"What is this?" she whispered, feeling an eerie connection to the book.

Elijah's voice was low and cautious. "That's the Blood Grimoire. A book of dark magic and forbidden knowledge."

Aria's fingers itched to touch the book, but Elijah caught her hand. "Don't. The secrets within are not for the faint of heart."

But Aria felt an inexplicable pull, as if the book held answers to her past and her destiny.

Suddenly, the air was filled with whispers – ancient voices speaking in hushed tones.

Aria's heart raced. "What's happening?"

Elijah's eyes gleamed with a knowing light. "The Blood Grimoire is awakening. And it's calling to you."

Aria felt the book's power coursing through her veins, tempting her with secrets and forbidden knowledge.

Aria's fingers finally touched the Blood Grimoire, and the whispers grew louder. Elijah's eyes flashed with warning, but she couldn't resist the book's pull.

As she opened the cover, the room began to spin. Aria felt herself being pulled into the book's dark world.

Visions flooded her mind – ancient civilizations, forgotten magic, and a city hidden deep within the heart of the forest.

Aria saw herself standing at the city's gates, the trees twisted and gnarled with age.

Elijah's voice echoed in her mind. "Aria, beware the secrets you uncover."

But she was too enthralled by the visions to listen.

The city beckoned, its secrets and magic waiting to be claimed.

Aria's heart pounded in her chest. She knew she had to find this lost city
