The glittering stars filled the dark sky as little Zarek lay on the grass beside his mother. "Mom, look at that! That star just moved!" Five-year-old Zarek's voice was brimming with excitement as he pointed at the streak of light darting across the heavens.
His mother smiled warmly beside him, her presence comforting. "Yeah, I saw that. Isn't it amazing, Zarek?"
Zarek nodded enthusiastically, his eyes sparkling with wonder. "Hmm!"
"You know, Zarek," his mother began, her voice soft and soothing, "among those stars, there's a beautiful one where people live—just like us."
"Wow!" Zarek's eyes widened, his excitement reaching new heights. "Have you ever been there, Mom?"
Her lips parted, ready to answer, but before the words could come, her voice faded into a muffled echo. A man's voice began to call out instead. "Zarek…"
The voice grew louder, more insistent. "Zarek!"
