The base of the rebellion was tense. For the first time in forever, everyone seemed to be present and looking forward to their guest's arrival.
Most people looked nervous and ready to break down, but just as many looked at the door with eager expressions.
"Oi, boss! Are you sure it is right for us to wait here? What if this is a trap that the bastard Minister devised to catch all of us? Won't we all be in trouble if that were to happen?"
One of the people who were waiting around asked in a serious voice. He had been the voice of reason for the rebellion for a long time, so it made sense why he asked this question.
He was just trying to keep everyone safe.
But the rebellion could not count on safety. They needed to act and make this a safe space for everyone.
