"Laura!!... Ah!!!" I heard a loud scream and I jumped up from my bed tracing where the scream came from and finally I landed at the front of my parent's room
"Mom?! Dad?!" I said as I badged into their room, immediately I saw a man on black and red dress and a black hat, he was standing by the window. I couldn't get a clearer picture of his face because it was still late and everywhere was dark so I reached to the switched and before I could turn on the light, the was no where to be found.
I suddenly felt a warm liquid under my feet, I looked down it was warm blood flowing out of dad's helpless body that w as lying dead on the ground. I immediately ran to meet him and noticed the blood was flowing from him head and a blood-stained mental was beside his head.
"Papa!... Dad!" I called out in fear as shook his body to see if he's still alive but there was no response. I moved to mom's body. It was a bit warm, there was no sign on injury or cut. I hit her repeatedly but there was no response
"Mom! Dad! Wake .... Wake up... Please wake up" I screamed as I fell on dad's blood, crying uncontrollably.
Mixed pain were running through my body, I could feel my world crumbling as I watch my parents lying lifeless on their own blood.
What is life without my parents? How do I fed for myself and my little sister? How do I explain the death of my parents to her? How will she feels when she finds out she's an orphan? How do I raise her all by myself? What will become of me now that my parents are gone?
"Oh Gracious Heavens, please help me cause I'm hopeless, my life is now miserable that I now wish to die " I cried out as I soaked myself in dad's warm blood.
