The development of human civilization was unimaginable. 5 years after the creation of S.A.G.E, humans gained the ability to manipulate the god particle, and utilize "Magic". However, the near-infinite growth curve of humanity came to an abrupt halt.
To use magic, the user must enter the "Spirit Zone", a state of consciousness where gravity is compressed as close to infinity as possible.
The Spirit Zone utilizes the law of general relativity, Time Dilation. The closer something is to the speed of light, the slower time becomes. In this state, you could freely manipulate the god particle, performing nuclear fusions and fissions to generate tremendous amounts of energy.
This energy can not be expressed outright like a nuclear bomb would, as it would annihilate the user and everything around them. The only way to stabilize this energy was to form it into atomic structures, chemically stable molecules.
Harnessed energy from the spirit zone formed in the lower dantian, and could only be expressed through the creation of stable atomic structures. (non-radioactive)
Water, Earth, Fire, and Air (Hydrogen Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, etc. etc.)
Otherwise, it would cause a "Mana Overload" which kills the user and obliterates their surroundings.
There was a limit to how long one could stay in the spirit zone, a limit that has never been breached, 1 second. For the user within the spirit zone, this could feel like minutes to hours. But to onlookers, it would be faster than a blink of an eye.
The essence of magic is creation, and not everyone can harness it, even with the physical and cognitive improvements granted by S.A.G.E.

Exnil's eyes shot open.
"Ugh"
He frantically looked around at his surroundings.
"W-Where… where am I?"
The hazy memories of his emotional turmoil and suicide instantly assaulted his mind.
"But I… I… I did it properly."
One failed stab to the heart, futilely shielded by the rib cage.
The second fulfilled its purpose, piercing the heart, and shutting down the body.
"It was real, there's no fucking way that was a dream"
Tears once again flowed from his eyes.
"AGHHHHHHHHH!!!"
112 years of emotions assaulted him once again
Dream or not, he could not handle the emotions.
He ran to the bathroom and stared at his face.
Silver eyes and thick black hair.
'I reverted back to my original form…'
"Ugh, something's wrong, I am in another dream?"
His feeble humanity could not handle it.
"Dream or not, I just… I just don't care anymore."
Tears still streaming from the ducts of his eyes, he made his way to the kitchen and grabbed a knife.
Knife in hand, he raised it and brought it down with tremendous force.
Squelch!
"AUGHFKFKF WHAT THE FUCK. IT HURTS!!!% IT HURTS!!#*#* IT HURTS!?????
Amidst the pain, he calmed down.
"So the 3 times I killed myself was just my mind in a recursive dream"
A sudden relief washed over him.
Only death's embrace could alleviate his grief, despair, fury, guilt… his emotions.
The blood pooled from his chest, and the pain died down.
Slowly, the life in his eyes dwindled, and he passed.

Standing in the middle of a pedestrian crosswalk, Exnil suddenly collapsed.
"Would you look at that, another piece of trash"
"Tch, typical, why does the government even allow garbage like that to exist in the world"
"You know they have no use besides their blood and data, Helix Industries takes from them. We need not bother ourselves with these parasites"
"If you're going to leave your crack house to get more shit to inject yourself with, at least hold off so that you're at least able to walk shitface."
Tick
Tick
Tick
Tick
Tick
The counter for the crosswalk hit 0, and the drivers in the cars were becoming irritated.
"I'm alive… It wasn't a dream. Then… how did I survive? And how did I end up here?"

Srigonia City; A city of wealth and beauty. Built by Magicians and Super humans created through S.A.G.E.
The home territory of Helix Industries.
To maintain a semblance of peace, of "ordinary" human life, an electromagnetic field was created during the construction of Srigonia, effectively preventing magicians from entering the Spirit Zone, and diminishing muscle compression provided by S.A.G.E.
Besides an average IQ of 160+ and an average deadlift of 500kg, they were effectively "Normal"

Exnil had collapsed between a road and a crosswalk for a good minute, and the people were fed up. No amount of beeping, cursing, or yelling could get to him.
'I've gone back in time without a doubt. But how? Why? Humanity has been unable to surpass the speed of light in the last century, so time travel is impossible.
'But I'm here… once a week at exactly 8:25 Am, I leave my home and head off to the Helix Lab to give blood in exchange for money.'
'And with the money I get, I buy opioid narcotics, and spend every day of the following week on a high.'
'My basic S.A.G.E subscription has expired, so I regained all my suppressed emotions at once. I was unable to handle it and killed myself.'
'I killed myself… three, no, four times now'
BAM!
Before Exnil could finish his thought, he was sent flying and crashed into a nearby building.
"Serves you right fucker, don't waste everyone's time by passing out in the middle of the road"
A tall, blonde-haired, lanky man, possessing a Frankly unimpressive build. Yet, with a single kick, he had sent Exnil airborne, and crashing into a building.
The building had not a single scratch, but Exnil? He was dead in an instant.
His skull was crushed into itself, his legs and arms mangled, blood freely escaping.
"H-H-Hey, he's not moving." A startled man witnessing the scene remarked
"Eeeek! He's dead" The shrill voice of a woman pierced the area.
"You know it's illegal to use magical energy above 50kJ of force and muscle compression greater than 5x" A man with a stylish mustache remarked to the lanky blonde man.
"N-No, I just gave him a light kick, surely that couldn't kill him?" The lanky blonde remarked
"He probably doesn't have the basic modifications of S.A.G.E if he died that easily" A woman with pink and violet hair quipped.
"Y-yeah, that must be it" the tall blondie affirmed
Without even a Basic subscription to S.A.G.E, humans became as feeble as ants.
