TW: Violence
It was another day without Kyle. A week had passed since he last showed up for school, and every day felt emptier without him around. Ethan informed me that Kyle said he was going yo be fine and just needed a bit of time. My heart absolutely broken for him. So broken that Oliver could barely cheer me up. Some people actually had the nerve to come up to me and ask if Kyle was okay. The sheer audacity of their concern, after everything that happened, infuriated me.
"Is Kyle alright?" one girl asked, her voice dripping with fake sympathy.
"If you really cared, you wouldn't have laughed when it happened," I shot back, my tone ice-cold. "Do you feel happy knowing you might've played a part in potentially killing someone? Get the fuck out of my face!"
