I watched Kyle's back as he stared at the menu in the cafeteria. He was beautiful from the back too, so slender and pale. Every inch of him was a masterpiece, a canvas that only I could truly appreciate.
"Kyle!" I called out, my voice echoing in the bustling room. He turned, his face contorting into that signature glare which I'd come to really look forward to every day.
It was the cutest thing I'd ever seen.
"What?" he snapped, his voice dripping with annoyance. Snappy too, how adorable.
"Are you grabbing lunch?" I asked, feigning casualness.
Kyle lifted his lip in disgust. "Why else would I be in the cafeteria?" His words cut, but I relished the interaction.
"If you haven't ordered yet, let me get you something," I offered, hoping to please him just a bit.
